Everything was perfect!!!

Breakfast is an additional $15 per person. They offer no alternative milk so if someone is lactose free the scrambled eggs and oatmeal could be a no go unless you like oatmeal w/o milk. Parking is another $8 per day thru a QR code in the parking lot. The location is very convenient for restaurants, and a mall plus easy access to freeways. Close to Cincinnati Airport, Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. If you are a Hilton Honors member you might look into the Hampton Inn & Suites nearby. I had an issue with their internet and getting connected and that was never resolved even though I talked to the front desk, called Customer Care and attempted to reach Technical Support. The breakfast gal on Sunday was friendly and engaging in conversation.

Very clean and located in a nice area! Pool was closed. Wish there were an indoor pool, but it’s ok! One staff member was sweet, the other wasn’t attentive, hung up on me when I had a concern. Still overall loved the hotel!

The waiter didn't let us eat because we wasn't on his list or room number. When I book the Hotel it said breakfast was included... So we left and checked out.

Issues were with staff, otherwise would have been a good stay. I asked if they could turn fire pit on for me and was told it’s out of season, it was 70 degrees yesterday. This morning went to get some breakfast and was approached and the worker said I don’t look like I stay there, and I gave him my room number, after that I went straight to my room and packed up and left because it felt uncomfortable. Also parking on website says $8 but it is $10. Just don’t interact with staff and you should have a nice visit, the rooms were nice and clean.
