Staff was rude, I was surprised with extra fees. And the should not call that a breakfast.

The hotel was a great location with the mall and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was nice, check in and out was simple, and it was fairly quiet. The breakfast was not much. Only Belgian waffles, dry cereal with milk, yogurt, and coffee. It would have been nice to have eggs and/or sausages, but for the price it was not bad.

Clearly on the midst of renovations. Hallways understandably the last to be done but do not make for a good impression. Room seemed to be in process with new sink area but old tub and shower.

We picked this hotel based on the pool in the breakfast We called in , the front desk, chose not to tell us that the pole was closed The breakfast did not have juice, tea, breakfast meats, or bagels The girl working the Desk in the morning was on her earpiece, talking to a friend, ignoring customers The hallways were missing pieces out of the carpet and trim on the walls there are like five other hotels in that row pick any of the other ones

I was taken care of immediately, my room was clean, bedding clean and fresh, the waffles were delicious and the desk clerk on the 3-11pm shift was outstanding.

The moldy smell was overwhelming. Not enough ventilation in the rooms, and the building is in need of renovation.

Breakfast was very late - left & got breakfast at another business. No hair dryer & no Bible in the room. No coffee pot. Won’t be returning.

Room was clean enough for us to stay but everything outside the room was disgusting.

Is near I95 and there is a great waffle house within walking distance Sheets on the bed had stains and bathroom was not cleaned well. Decided to sleep on duvet covers to avoid possible bed bugs. Also, chose not to shower there as the bathroom did not look like it was cleaned

Ok, For the $ it was alright, Staff was VERY helpful and pleasant. by mid may in South Carolina i would have expected the pool to be open ( 90* and no pool is NO BUENO' ! ) breakfast buffet was pleasantly good. Place desperately needs some TLC, but if all your doing is sleeping and going, "The Price is Right" All the access doors to the property were all UNLOCKED and UNSECURE
