Overall check in was a breeze, convenient location, the rooms were clean, I do wish it was able to be colder and the beds were too soft (personal preference) but overall would stay again.

Honestly that stay was pretty solid. My big gripe is that we arrived at 3:50 10 minutes before checkout and we called before we got there and asked if we could check in when we got there. They said yes, but when we got there the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait till 4:25 to check in because that’s when the room was done cleaning. Just a major inconvenience when we had to get ready to be somewhere in an hour. Plus we payed a pretty penny to be there so it was upsetting. The room though was solid and clean and had everything we needed.

Very nice guy at the front desk , Gabe I believe that was his name. Clean . The kids enjoyed the pool. 24 hr coffee bar. That's a plus plus !

We usually have a good experience when we stay at the Holiday Inns, however this time was one of the worst. My young daughter and I were going to get ice and one of the housekeepers was sitting in one of the rooms vaping. This is not something I want my 12 year to see. Then our conditioner was not working, I sent my older daughter to ask for one and they brought a dryer. Then they thought it was the air conditioner. At all this I was waiting in the shower. Our safe wasn't working, when I went to the front desk to ask he said he was going to ask his manager, never heard back. I was needing to secure my laptop, when I went back to ask, he had forgotten about it. Just not the best experience.
