The bed was comfortable, entering the apartment was easy, since communication was timely. The central AC unit was a bit noisy. especially at night

The hosts were extremely responsive and replied to messages promptly. However, the Wi-Fi did not work during the stay despite multiple attempts to connect. The hosts mentioned they would address the issue, but it was never resolved, which was inconvenient and required relying on mobile data. One drawback was the lack of storage furniture for clothing, which made it difficult to organize belongings. The larger concern was activity in the building’s stairwell. Groups gathered there drinking and smoking, which felt uncomfortable. On several occasions, there were late-night knocks on the door (around 1 AM and 3 AM), which was concerning and impacted the overall sense of safety. On a positive note, the location is close to Fort Lauderdale by the Sea. Once across the bridge, you can request a Circuit car, a free and convenient electric ride service similar to Uber. In summary, the apartment is well maintained and enjoyable, but there are areas for improvement, particularly Wi-Fi reliability, guest safety, and storage. With these improvements, this could be an even better place to stay.

shower water spout was totally detached and AC would auto shut off for no reason.

Location is great Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The floor did not seem properly cleaned upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. The chairs were somewhat unstable and could use some maintenance. The mattresses also appeared quite worn and were not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. With better attention to cleanliness and some updates to the furniture, the apartment could offer a much more pleasant experience

Door was wide open to the outside. Run down dump. No management at all just text messages. Rather sleep in the streets than here.

The apartment is a good location but not good for staying old Cabinets old vanities, shower, dirty and a small toilet like a kids toilet the TV not working plus they been saying if you check out you have to clean your dish and also you have to take your trash very hard to find the parking if you come late at night do they need to do remodeling? I already told them.

The wifi never worked for me.

Needs a refresh, equipment is limited, 2 out of 3 TVs did not work, noisy, on pics when I rented there was a pool, but there was none om site, and the pictures were changed after I rented. Problems with locks. One couch had springs sticking out, towel bar fell off the wall, lights did not shut off...but staff on phone was helpful and always answered.

Good location. Spacious enough for me and my fiancé Kinda pricey for such a small space.

Location was the only good thing Loud noise, nasty walls, cobwebs in the corners. Walks paper thin could hear everything upstairs and next door. No sleep at all

The closet and the decor - great location The place smelled of cigs. Booking.com wouldn’t accept my payment (attempted to charge 4+ times) and told me it was impossible to extend. So I checked out and did not stay the additional 1 day extension.

Location was good. Close to the beaches and nice bars and restaurants. Apartment was spacious and it had a full kitchen. First and foremost, the apartment advertised televisions but didn’t provide basic cable to receive the local network channels. Then the fiasco with the management trying to rectify this was appalling. Consequently it was never resolved and the manage sent me a text basically saying that although they provide a TV, that they never claimed to provide channels. How ridiculous!! Now let’s talk about the furniture. There were two couches, each looked like they were picked up off the streets. No cushion support whatsoever. Then the bed was so old it squeaked all night anytime someone moved. Shame because it’s a cute place and if the owner put a couple of dollars into some decent furniture and cable, it would be a gem.
