Best Western Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port

Excellent staff and amenities. Enjoyed my stay

There was no transfers from the airport after 10:45 pm. It would have been nice to know. No free water in the room. Front desk woman was rude and sour!!!

This hotel was awesome. The rooms were well maintain and clean. The breakfast was fulfilling. The staff was great.

Best Western was equal in cleanliness, pool, service of staff to the quality on the cruise ship.

There was allot of loud noise, and I was unable to sleep. The bed made nose every time I moved. This stay was not pleasant. The staff on the other hand d was very helpful, and professional

I can’t say enough about the property, specially about supervisor “Trisha” her kindness went beyond even of anyone’s expectation, she did allowed me to reschedule my stay to the next day without the penalties, I called the property to explain my situation of having a problem with my car rental on the road and not being able to make it, she helped me out. Thank you so much Trisha!!!

It’s cheap and decently clean. Airport shuttle only took about 15 min even though the front desk said 45. She did not understand English on the phone very well though and got frustrated and hung up on my husband. Bed was comfy, breakfast looked like mostly white bread and yogurt so we skipped it. Close to airport and port.

Property was clean. Pool was clean. Walking distance to a couple restaurants/bar.

ABYSMAL. What a nightmare of an experience. The staff was rude and clueless and unhelpful. Also, the rooms were smelly, unclean and had bugs! If I could rate this negatively I would.

Our stay was pleasant with the exception of a pile of luggage, pizza boxes, and garbage piled at the end of the hall on the second floor. The room was fresh, well maintained, and quiet. The check-in staff was excellent, and shuttle driver professional.

I would choose Best Western again,the rooms were clean and comfortable,the staff was helpful breakfast was great
