The only issue needed to be discussed is that the property management lacks communication. Don’t expect to hear from them until the day before check in. Nobody answers the telephone. Now, the cleaning lady was super helpful and friendly during my stay. She deserves a raise. Thank you.

The woman that owns this unit owns another and stays on the property so she can keep an eye on her rental. If you dont like being watched I'd avoid this one. She walked in in us rudely accusing us of smoking weed in her apartment. "I OWN THIS UNIT WHATS GOING ON HERE" Im sorry Karen but we politely walk off property to smoke the really stinky pot we love so much. This place is changing quickly to all Airbnb and rares are skyrocketing. Enjoy your stay ;)

We so enjoyed our stay at Holiday Isles Yacht Club. The property is very well maintained. We were in Apartment #4 and it was very comfortable for 4 adults. The pool was very nice & inviting. The staff we very accommodating and friendly. It's a great location right on the water. The outdoor seating space was wonderful I would highly recommend staying there.

We loved the location right on the canal you can just sit there and watch the boats go by. Walking distance to the beach. Pool and area was nice and clean.

I would day the condo is "Florida clean." TV's need to be upgraded, but a really nice place otherwise.

Pool was great everyone there friendly. Especially enjoyed Joselyn she was great and so accommodating! Our flight came in late she ensured everything on kitchen table and left a light on for us. The kitchen would have used a few more plates otherwise everything was GREAT! I hope we get the opportunity to stay again here !

So close of the beach, the view is great and it is really quiet. I love that the kids had their own bedroom and shower.

The room was clean and the grounds with a bar be que was a perfect way to relax and enjoy our stay. The location was amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was really clean and it was so nice. The pool area and the canal sitting area were perfect as well. The staff made check in really easy for us. They were not going to be there at our time of arrival, so they gave us a code for the condo and left a key and parking pass on the table in the condo. They left us beach towels, which was nice. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded while we were there, and the water was so beautiful, and so was the beach. We would love to start there again.

Made so welcome by everyone, it was such a special and relaxing place to stay. Excellent location with an easy walk to beach and restaurants. Will definitely return.

The room could use some updating. The comforter had various stains. Overall it was an excellent location for beach goers

Condo didn’t seem as though it was cleaned before our arrival, and was outdated. Location was great, just 2.5 blocks to the beach. Others staying at the property were very friendly.

Just such a beautiful relaxed holiday. Everyone so freindly. Jocelyne the manageress is an absolute diamond and a credit to the place. A beautiful location. Nothing better than sitting on the waters edge in the morining and watching the Manitee glide past with the tide. . Already planing next years return Leaving
