Location, view from rooftop, bar. Beds. Staff at check in..deferred simple questions to manager. Couldn't accommodate early check in. Room looked over front entrance of hotel, lights shone around blinds all night

I loved my stay Kimpton Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort by IHG. It was a quick trip but it was the best time. The rooftop bar was great, service was excellent. It has beautiful views of the Fort Lauderdale River! The hotel restaurant had a delicious breakfast and attentive staff. The best part of it all was that ALL dogs are welcomed. I was so happy I was able to bring my dog on a quick weekend getaway. I will definitely be back again.

Not the typical Kimpton property I’m used to but a very nice use of an old style South Florida 60’s built hotel. The location and amenities are great.

Maybe not the newest building but everything was clean and the staff were great. The room though, that was excellent and looked like it had just been remodeled.

The valet parking service was the best we’ve ever experienced. Rubens was always so kind and helpful, and Gino was also very friendly during check-out. Thank you both for making our stay so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful staff! So close to the beach and shopping. The Bonnet House is a must see!

The hotel staff was very attentive to our needs, at all times. The property itself was in a great location...one block from the beach! The property is older, which makes it very charming. The only complaint I have is coffee wasn't available until 7 a.m., and no coffee pot in the rooms. If you're an early bird, like we are, we should have coffee available in the rooms. They do have beach yoga, and bikes you can use for a 2 hour period. There is a lovely state park nearby to ride the bikes at. All, in all I would revisit the property! We had a great time!!

Not a very impressive hotel, small rooms and the staff not vey accommodating and the parking fee is outrageous!!!

Great hotel! Two block walk to the beach, but the two blocks makes a huge difference in the outside noise and activity. Room was wonderful. Really enjoyed the pools and the pool bar! Entire hotel is pet friendly, including the pool decks! All in all, I will definitely stay here again.

I loved the location. The rooftop pool was extremely relaxing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely will be back.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. The staff was fantastic, The restaurant had a great selection and every meal we had there was very well prepared. The bar area was very inviting. I love the rooftop bar and it was easy to get to. Plus having dining options while you’re at the pool was so convenient. We will definitely be staying here again.

It is a little far from beach and don’t have beach umbrella

My girlfriend and I absolutely love the Kimpton not only were the staff so kind so knowledgeable so friendly they made sure they knew our names. They took care of us with all the happy hours and our early check-in. I’ve never been so impressed with the staff and had such a five star five smiling experience. I highly recommend this hotel. It is so close to all of the beautiful beaches and all of the great restaurants and it also has a characteristic flare to their art deco, but Modern architecture. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to have a beautiful weekend with their lover in Fort Lauderdale

Exceptional

first of all it cost 50$ to valet your car and you don’t really have any other options so it’s fine we did it. we get our car back after check out and one of the valet people left there purple boba drink in our car for it to mold. that’s disgusting and not up to 50$ valet standards. Next, we asked for late check in and they said they could do 12:30 the next day the lady never put us so thankfully we checked and Iris gave us all sorts of attitude after. She gave us 11:30 check out and rolled her eyes and was cold the rest of the time we were there. Lastly, there was blood on our walls, mold on our towels, and the room smelt like piss. We never got turn down service either. I am ashamed I spent my last day of our honeymoon here and will likely never return to kimpton properties again. Genuinely so disappointed and hate that we wasted our money here.

We love everything about the Kimpton hotels and the shore break was no exception! Great staff, great amenities and always dog friendly!
