Breakfast was good. We had palmetto roaches in our room both nights we stayed. One of the rooms we couldnt adjust the air conditioner, it was warm in the room, not cool enough.

Loved the customer service most of all. Very friendly and welcoming. Nice selection for breakfast. Seemed like an older building. No ice machines on upper floors.

Even an average hotel can shine with the right staff, but this hotel not only was clean and comfortable, but the staff went above and beyond to be friendly, helpful, warm and polite. The breakfast was really well done and clean and we’d come back.
