Loved the room we stayed in! It was perfect for my family of 5 just passing through. Plenty of room to so reading out and relax after driving many hours. The separate seating area was great. Kids had fun at the pool too! Limited breakfast options.

Proximity to the University… reason for my trip Hotel did not honor the booking i made through Booking.com. Told me i would need to pay extra for the room i booked through Booking .com… The hotel said this was an ongoing issue… could not answer me when i said then why was it not fixed… why does the customer have to negatively impacted by this issue. Told the hotel they were the first hotel i ever had the issue with … suggesting it was a hotel issue.

Overall proximity to University - reason for trip The room i booked through Booking.com was not honored by the hotel… the hotel charged me more for the room i booked saying they had this issue with Booking.com ongoing. I was charged more by the hotel to obtain the room i booked than what they told me and now trying to get it corrected… waiting for call back from the hotel. Not had this issue with previous bookings.com business … which i told the hotel. Would not go back to this hotel for this reason.
