Best Western Fort Wayne Inn & Suites North

The staff was amazing. Every evening staff sent a message to check how I was doing and if there was more that they could do to make our stay better. The room was very clean and had a pleasant scent. The inside lobby was very pleasing to the eye. The decor theme was season based. Breakfast hostess was extremely nice. Very social and kept everything stocked. The guest seemed to enjoy the breakfast and atmosphere. Overall on a scale of 1 to 10 where 10 is the best, we give this hotel and staff a perfect 10. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned 3 out of the 8 days. Wish there was seating available outside.

Quiet Blinds didn’t work and were ripped so I tucked them in and then got charged, yes I should have said something prior to that.

The chair and carpets were stained in the bedroom and the halls, the shower curtain was missing in the bathroom, and the security inside lock was broken off. The hotel had a really lovely design, but was very tired looking. Cheerful Fourth of July decor, and a fine breakfast.

Rooms were awesome clean and spacious. The kids love the pool and breakfast bar. Had a variety of selections to eat around the property. Nothing it was a great place

The bed was somewhat comfortable that's the only plus. This hotel is so outdated it's atrocious. The room looked dirty and very outdated. There was a previous guest's hair all over the shower so it's clear it wasn't clean. At the very least the bed was comfortable but that's the only good thing. Elevator has a panel falling off. The pool should have a limit on guests in the room. Breakfast smelled like wet dog, we just went to IHOP. TV didn't work and A/C partially worked we kept having to get up and fix it through the night. Pillow sheets were stained and honestly if I hadn't already paid I would have left. The girl at the check out in the morning looked and acted like she was intoxicated. Worst hotel experience I have ever had and I've had bad ones.

The room smell and the bedding was all wrinkle and 1 bedding had hair in the bed. I told the clerk. The bathroom counter was not clean. Nothing was done to eliminate the problem. My family and I were not going to stay in that room. We checked out of the hotel.

We booked 2 nights for our daughter’s cheer competition. When we got to our room it wasn’t clean at all. One bed had feces smeared down the side of the bed. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room and was told there was wasn’t another room. When I went back up to the room and we looked closer at the bed there was a love note between the sheets which obviously showed the sheets weren’t changed. My wife and I went down to the front desk and we were then told the only other room available was “their best room” but she would put us in that room. However she didn’t mention it was only one bed so our 13 year old would have to crawl in bed with us or that it was only available for one night and that we would have to pack up and move out of that room first thing in the morning. That room didn’t have feces down the bed but it wasn’t much cleaner. Needless to say we did not stay the second night and none of us sleep good the first night. We were promised a full refund for both nights after we had the lady at the front desk call the manager Mike at home but we have not see any refund.

Breakfast was good! Room was clean. Shower was a little weird tho.
