The breakfast was great - so many wonderful hearty and healthy options. The lighting in the rooms were not very bright - and the lighting in the bedroom was very dim. This is my only note!

The grab rail in our shower fell off in our hand, There was no channel guide for the TV and the desk clerk pretty much told us we were on our own to figure out channels by trial and error!

The staff was friendly. We extended our stay by one night and had to remove all of our belongings by 11 am and return at 3 pm to check in. I don’t understand why we couldn’t keep the same room. That was frustrating.

Check in was ridiculous. They didn’t have the room clean and had to wait an hour to check in. That was over 2 hours past check in listed. Breakfast was late due to staff member calling off and extra busy

Overall my stay was okay. I was in town for an AAU BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT I went to property about 1:30pm asked was it possible to be an early check in but unfortunately no rooms were available. But I asked could I still check in so when I came back the process would faster, which the receptionist agreed that was fine. Got back at 3:30pm there was a different receptionist at the front desk stated the supervisor stepped away and he was texting her to see the room was clean. I did wait about 10-15 before getting my room key. And was still asked to present forms of payment an ID. When it was discussed I did that with the supervisor early. Overall the stay was okay there was a dance competition in the area so a lot of kids were there. Great location, tons of restaurants and close to all highways! Rooms were clean as well. Just the little confusion in at check in.
