Great location in downtown and staff was great

Clean and great staff

2nd it was soooo damn hot in my room, there was no changing it or even having the option to have the fan on. 3rd I didnt take a shower when I left because the water was coming out brown, so I turned it off. I notified the front desk, who said "sorry about that, we will have maintenance take a look at that".

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. Honor Blessed was amazing at the front desk and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The valet team was also fast, friendly, and very helpful. Although this was a quick stay, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to booking a longer visit next time.

The hotel was truly amazing, beautiful very clean. Was in the middle of downtown Fort Worth and thankfully there was an event going on which made everything within walking distance. Only thing I hated was the valet stated it was $59 then I got a charge for $76 due to additional fees. The price of $59 is already ridiculous. Then you charge additional fees that you do not tell people about. We’ll definitely go back to the hotel will never valet park with them again…

Very clean, friendly front desk team! John at the bar is fantastic! And the executive chef personally came out to check on restaurant guests. Even with a knee brace, she was walking around making sure everyone was happy! Very impressed!

After having to pay $75 to Park are truck we had to tote everything to the room we where told they where in the lobby 1 floor but there where none to be found Ty to the lady at the front desk that was rude about this when we asked about acquiring one

The valet service is AMAZING! Parks the car, but also loads up all your belongings and takes them to the room for you, unloads, and takes the cart away.

Just a mediocre experience nothing great. Food was horrible. Service was not good man at the bar always on his phone.

Paid extra for corner room with two big windows for a pretty view only to have one of the windows screen that is electric be broken in down position. Called and asked for them to fix it and no one came. Also the air conditioner didn’t work. Slept hot all night.

Perfect location, good food at the hotel . But the service it is not perfect for the price paid Parking , it is a busy street and it is expensive to pay the Vallets . Considering the price paid per night , parking should be included

The chef was amazing. She really upped the menu, which we appreciate as I had a co-worker who did not eat meat. She was very helpful.
