Extended Stay America Suites Fort Worth Fossil Creek

This place has went down hill since I was here several years ago, but it co you of be like the rest of those nasty places.

Noisy with dogs barking. Very strong cigarette smells in the hallway and would spill over into the room. Tiny bed pillows.

The management was great

Bathroom was dirty - dishes werent clean and the stove was rusty. Frying pan given to us was rusty. Front desk person wasnt nice - her name was Val.

Nothing I didn’t like anything about this property and they have roaches. It was my most horrible experience.

Very clean and love Mrs Tammy very sweet and very helpful.

Love the stay

It was close to freeway The room was dirty. You could see the dust on the floor, counters and refrigerator. You can tell housekeeping does bare minimum to keep room clean. People walk around smoking weed openly in the hallways. Night staff looks high. Let’s not forget the trash smell coming from the stairwell due to overflow of trashes and roaches in the rooms.

No everything was above expectations

The room was clean but the environment did not feel safe.

Front staff was friendly but the room was disgusting. Upon arrival we found hair in the bed, crumbs on the floor, stains in the toilet and shower, roaches on the floor and a rusty molded sink.

Stayed here twice. I love the double bed, kitchen and how spacious the room is Nothing just had an incident where card quit working and front desk told me it was because my phone was next to it which made it deactivate. But she fixed it easily and I was set to go.

When the Elevator didnt work ..But other than that Was A Great stay

No issues at all

Staff was nice and understanding. I guess you get what you pay for for $80 a night for 4 people. Elevator out of order so had to take the stairs 3 flights up. The trash cans in the stairwells were overflowing with rancid, rotting trash that stunk horribly- both stairwells by the way. Also discovered a roach crawling across the wall by the kitchen on our way out. Very unnerving. It won’t allow me to attach a photo but yeah.

I like the staff and the all-around helpful attitude that they had. I didn't like that there was not as many towels as I would have liked or pillows

Even though I had a reservation confirmation from both the hotel and booking.com I was toldthey didnt have a room for us. I had absolutely no way to contact booking.com .*

Everything else. Biggest disappointment are 4 guest but only provided 2 large towel and when requestedfor additional towels was obpy advise 1 towel per guest, no coffee machine in rooms and no coffee in lobby after 11am, no ice machine throughout building, entire building smells. Usually I am pretty accepting and open minded to the terms "You get what you paid for", but I definitely didn't deserve the be ashamed, embarrassed and disappointed when requesting for only 1 additional towel but was denied. We ended up just buying another towel from a store.
