The hotel was very clean! The indoor pool was nice too. My only complaint is the small tv in the room. But otherwise this is a great hotel to stay. Especially if you're visiting TCU. It's like 4 minutes away.

We stayed there one night to go to the hospital the next morning. The rooms were very clean. The lobby was clean was able to get breakfast in the morning and it was. It was good. I will go back and stay again. The pricing was wonderful. I would recommend it to family or friends.

Quiet location. Our sink was clogged. But minor issue.

Room was clean and free full breakfast available each day. There were problems with AC unit not coming on regularly and running loudly. Toilet running and not shutting off right away. Not enough coffee cups and items in room. Loud music playing from a nearby restaurant patio.

Housekeeping did not come once in a 4 night stay. Toilet didn’t work properly. Ran out of coffee at breakfast and didn’t refill. Room was noisy - refrigerator and a/c made random noises throughout the night.

I loved the location as it was near everything my family was wanting to see and do with a busy baseball weekend. The food lacked flavor and brown bananas were placed out for fresh fruit. The room was very warm when walking in with a mini refrigerator that did not keep our food cold.

It was a very convenient location. Restaurants literally next door, a beautiful walking area close by and so close to the zoo and botanical gardens! Staff were super friendly, breakfast was yummy,

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was fresh and inviting. The breakfast buffet was excellent with great options. Parking was easy.

The property was fine.

Great breakfast and very outgoing/helpful/kind staff. They need to do better maintenance of the building.

The staff member at checking in was extremely friendly. The breakfast had several options. Close to restaurants and shopping.
