Stayed there last year also and no one at desk for 15 minutes. I would recommend they keep someone there at all times. Frustrating after driving for 6 hours to stand and wait to check in so you can get unloaded and rest. Other than that the stay was good. Have stayed there 3 yesrs in a row now.

Comfy bed We found a mouse poop in sofa bed , staffs is fine not that friendly unlike the other holiday inn express . Elevator takes forever

Didn't eat breakfast. No reason, just busy with early activities and never got the chance. Everything was good.
