The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth

We were in town for the Luke Bryan concert and the hotel was in such close proximity to Dickies Arena. It was perfect! We had breakfast before checking out of the hotel, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff in the restaurant and in the lobby were all very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! The only thing I can think of is, I loved the bath products in the hotel. The hand lotion body wash were wonderful. I love the scent of the products and also how they felt to my skin. So what I didn’t like was that I was not able to purchase those products in the hotel or online.

Check in went very well at The Crescent Hotel, complete with a complimentary glass of prosecco. When we got to the room, I was surprised to see that the mini bar was nearly empty. I was concerned I may be charged so I asked that it be filled. When it was filled, it was filled with a bunch of the same types of items. At checkout I saw that I was charged for two items I didn’t take. The staff was accommodating and removed the charges, but only after she said housekeeping sent a picture showing I had used items. The condition of the room was also a bit disappointing. It looked like a drink had been spilled on the wall next to the door.

Hotel is beautiful as was our room. Staff are fantastic Except housekeeping. We slept in Saturday and didn’t leave room until 2pm. Housekeeping made the bed but did not empty trash or vacuum. Pillows were still on couch.

The location to the Kimball Museum in the Fort Worth Cultural Arts District was ideal. The staff were friendly and beyond accommodating. The decor was on point and the art collection unrivaled . Snaps to Marianna our Art Concierge for the comprehensive and enjoyable Art tour of the Hotels Collection. The food scene at Emilies and surrounding restaurants was not to be missed. This will be my go-to destination stay for all things Fort Wort and surrounding areas.

Had a very nice anniversary stay with the Crescent hotel. We enjoyed the room and the facilities.

No parking any where close for self parking, valet parking was terrible, took over an hour to get our car after texting for it. Poor system overall.

Everything was Very Nice!! The entire staff were exceptional!! I would like to thank our server Terry & Our valet Alejandro, for their Hospitality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Have a better Hotel shuttle service!!
