Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Franklin Cool Springs

This was a hotel room- plain and simple. No frills, no extra. A/C in our room did not produce at full blast so our room was a little warmer. Room was clean, hotel was very clean. TV didn’t work great but we were at the hotel just to sleep. Breakfast buffet was nice but pretty simple as well. If you need a place to stay, this will work great. If you are looking for more- probably look elsewhere.

Check in was fast, ample parking, room and facility was clean overall. I would only recommend providing more towels and washcloths.

Very nice property. Our room was clean and comfortable, hot water from the shower, ac, fridge, as well as the tv worked flawlessly and the luggage carts were awesome! Breakfast was workable but not memorable. Nice parking, close to I-65, lots of dining options in the area. The pool was warm, a point taken away for no hot tub! Next door Harley dealer was loud, but I worked the parts desk at a HD dealership, they were dyno tuning and done by 7pm so no big fuss there. Verdict: The boss and I agree, wonderful property, helpful staff - two thumbs up!

Place was clean. Breakfast area was clean. The room smelled very musty. FYI there is a harley davidson dealership next door and if they are having an event its loud!!!

The Comfort Inn was nestled in a great quiet area with easy access to I65. The bed was comfortable. Walked across the street to a great restaurant. Then drove a quarter mile to the Galleria mall for some walking/shopping. Would stay again.

Great shower. Lots of hot water and good water pressure.

There are plenty of plugs available in the room but not one USB outlet to charge phones etc

Well managed hotel with a nice pool and good breakfast. Very clean room and easy check-in .

Great location, nice room with mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast finished early on last day of stay so get there early if you want breakfast!

Clean, safe, comfortable, quiet, 4th floor allowed us to get some steps in (literally, yeah!)

Appears to have been remodeled recently. In excellent condition. Well maintained. Clean. Area is quiet. Many, many places to eat.

Also liked that there were charging ports on each side of the king size bed for your electronics. There was a bright street light glaring into our room at night and there was no way to block it out with the partial drapes on each side of the window since they were not movable.

Breakfast was blah and bland, but nice to have something to choose. Front desk was super nice.

Excellent location. Staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean. Price was excellent. Easy to get to.

Stayed here for a convention down the way. Cean and comfortable; just what we needed. Front staff was not very welcoming or friendly.
