Nice staff that's all

Older property but it was clean! They were very busy with a couple of traveling sports teams so the lobby was always hopping. The staff were very friendly, coffee station was always full and fresh. Breakfast was wonderful! Would definitely stay there again!

The pool room was scorching hot. How could you cool off of that room was hotter then outside. Couldn’t even breathe, & your eyes burn from the bleach and heat mix together .

Problem very hard to find probably too dark to look for the place especially on top of Denny’s n no light We arrived 10pm Also Expedia I think over charged me Our Fairfield Inn n suite in nj I was charged $200 more acc to the staff when we arrived

I wouldn’t even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Me and my family were completely disgusted and disappointed. This was false advertisement and I’m shocked at any positive reviews. We should’ve known what to expect once we approached the front door of the hotel. Trash was overflowing, the welcome mats were filthy, the floors in the lobby were dirty, and it smelled of mildew and must. As we walked to our hotel room the carpet in the hallways were so dirty and filled with stains. Only one elevator was working at the time and my first thought prior to entering the room is the cleanliness of this hotel was comparable to a nasty gas station bathroom. When we got into the room the smell was worst. One of the beds in the room was broken and one side was almost touching the floor. We noticed the mattress had a large stain of what appeared to be old blood on it. We had to wait for towels and washcloths when we asked for more because they didn’t have any clean ones. When we asked to be placed in another room we were told there weren’t any more available. I ended up sleeping fully clothed on the bed with my personal beach towel laid down as a barrier between me and the blanket on top of the bed. Even the pool was disturbing. The water was cloudy and there were brown stains all on the stairs going into the pool. When we reported our stay to customer service, they shared that the hotel staff said they offered us a new room but we declined which was false. Please go somewhere else.

Clean room, friendly and helpfull staff (front desk Ms. Queen was awesome). The hotel and rooms are a bit dated but everything works well and it was a comfortable stay for our road trip night stay. Conveniently located off the interstate.

Friendly and polite staff. Breakfast was good but not a lot of healthy options. Would have liked plain Greek yogurt and cheerios. The room was clean and bed comfortable, refigerator kept things very cold. Bathroom needed a makeover. Paint chopped on bathroom door and it didn't close; tub plug broken and shower curtain wouldn't stay closed and water out on floor,; ledge to step up onto to fetch into Bathroom and I tripped twice; not enough plugs and charging ports.

We had to move to a different room after the first night because the carpet was wet!!!! You can’t walk without a shoes ! Hey what's what's whatThe AC wasn’t working properly, staff was horrible!! We asked for toilet paper the room service worker said I’ll be back and never did !! Another house keeper knocked on the room door to ask when are we leaving!!! Second time she knocked on the door and walked away I went out and asked her why did she do that she didn’t answer and left !!!!! This place is horrible used to be much better

The only thing I had a complaint about were the pillows. If I could even call them that. Yet but for the price I paid for 1 night maybe my expectations were too high.

I traveled for a Memorial Day gathering. Also, I drove my van. Breakfast .

The hallways kinda make u cringe. The whole time we were there the hallway floors had the same crumbs and dirt in the same spots. No one seemed to clean. And there was a weird smell in the hall. One of our rooms also had a weird smell. Had to spray. Tub in one room wasn't clean. We cleaned it ourselves. The AC in our room mad a weird noise.

Dirty facility. Machines broken, got a soda from machine and it was hot. Ice machines broken. Room had a musty smell.
