The STAFF personnel were welcoming and friendly. Very good people. I’d like more cleaning to be done, is all. But I clean behind everyone anyways.

It scary and the room was really nasty it been months that I haven’t got my refund money. I haven’t stayed no nights I left. Fast

I wouldn't recommend this place at all went to our room and as soon as you walked in a non-smoking room it smelt like cigarettes. We checked the mattresses and found horrific stains and black mold all over the mattresses the cleanliness of this place was very disgusting i will never be booking this place every again.

Super small R TV for a king size bedroom

I was disgusted with the table and the sink. I don't think somebody cleaned them because the dirt looked old, like they were there for some days or a week. There were food particles, sauce smudges and even short curly hair that looks like from a private part of the body. The linens don't look clean either. I used my husband's shirts to cover the pillow cases.Our mistake was, when we checked in, we just put our luggage and left. We went back late at night to sleep. I was too tired to complain that night and was in a hurry checking out in the morning. I don't recommend this inn.

The property was easy to find For check in I had to call and someone came to the front to check me in. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was not clean, there was a BOLD yellow stain on the sheets of one of the beds, there was kissy marks on the mirror, dust and fingernails under the bed, dust on the trim of the room, the only blanket other then the sheet is a decorative blanket. It just wasn’t very clean which made it uncomfortable for us. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

The tv wouldn't work and the bathroom was not clear a dirty towel was behind the bathroom door and the shower was not clean

It was good place to rest and shower for a night. Right next to i95. There is a bar next to the hotel that works till 2am.

My husband and I did not stay at the hotel. We were concerned about the homeless man who was going through the dumpster. After 3+ weeks of trying to get a full refund from Booking.com I was able to reach the manager, Mike, at the property and he was very helpful and professional and was able to provide a full refund. We stopped here March 29, 2025. There is no lobby, simply a window with protective glass to keep the only employee safe. When my husband and I checked in and drove around the building there was homeless man picking food and garbage out of it. We returned the key right away, we did not go into the room. The staff was very kind and helpful and told us what we needed to do to get a full refund from Booking.com T

Room was a little dirty; food remains in corners, bathroom floor had build up of dirt along the wall, sheets had stains on them. Property was a bit run down. Staff was very friendly. Would be nice if there was some sort of coffee maker in the room

I left I did not even sit down and asked for a refund I never received a phone call much less a refund

Nothing Had 2 wash rags each that looked like a jail house grease rag out of 7 days used the room. Couldn't get an itemized receipt. Couldn't get money back for checking out a day early. Didn't have a microwave . Dirty overall.

I was able to shower using my own personal towels ? I was first given a SMOKEY,STINK smelling room I'm not a smoker I NEVER book smoking EVER!!! Yes they changed my room only forgive me one where the refrigerator did not work my food went bad the only thing I asked of them if they would replace my food? That caused an argument.My food did not get replaced.The volume on the television went out for the ENTIRE night I was never able to reach anyone in the office the entire night. Manager sent someone up there after 10:00 a.m. to repair the refrigerator and also the volume on the television.Those towels and wash clothes needs to go in the TRASH! THEY ARE ONLY SUITABLE TO USE FOR RUGS.Those people will ALWAYS find a way NOT to compensate you.

Was ok, not the best Wife has seizures and the staff were not understanding to her having them, she can't help it and can't move easily. They didn't care
