A very nice room, good facilities, very comfy bed, very good room for the price paid Nothing, a very nice stay.

Very quiet. Great cafe. Friendly staff Water pressure in shower but that’s CA water saving measures so beyond hotels control anyway

Price- comfort- eating set up- staff Elevator wasn’t working, pool was closed

I requested a room with a shower, because I have major back problems and was in a lot of pain. T After checking in the hotel agent gave me the wrong key to a room that was being occupied.I was on the top floor 3 an I heard movemeon the roof all night

Staff are outstanding treating you like a friend rather than a customer. Courteous, obliging and efficient helped create an atmosphere not experienced in any previous hotel we have visited.

Arrived early from San Diego, was able to check in without any problems! Liked the Lobby area, patio area....Room was perfect pool was closed, elevator wasn't working

Nice facility, clean and comfortable Location, in the middle of industrial park . Submitted email request to upgrade details of stay, confirmation email said they would respond within 24 hours, no response! The non-response led to difficulties with my travel plans and increased vacation costs.
