We check out and try to ask the staff the receipt , she said that you have to wait 9 am later because the cleaning staff is not working. It is first time.

Rooms were not well maintained. Toilet paper dispenser wasn’t attached to the wall properly. Had a very noisy neighbor, which is not hotels fault. Cheep hotel. You get what you pay for.

The staff in the reception needs to be trained how to speak with the customers and probably a cultural and attitudal thing. In this hospitality business one cannot be a straight talker but needs a diplomatic and supportive type of answering person at the front.

A lot of noise from freeway and just hotel guest in general. Doors don’t close softly, they SLAM shut! Front desk was ok…not the friendliest but did help me with a little discount. Overall I might stay again being that it’s the cheapest place in the area and I’m only here for work. But it’s definitely NOT my first pick if something else is reasonably comparable in price.

The bed was ok, but the sheets were not soft! The lighting was atrocious! I checked in late due to a work event, and the staff put me on the 3rd floor (no elevator)! The young person was speaking to me through a window with a microphone and her voice was so high pitched and she had a heavy accent so she was difficult to to understand!

Clean room. Phone didn’t work in room which wasn’t a big deal as we had our cell phones. We had to have our keys reprogrammed twice during our three night stay. But all in all if you need a clean quiet room, I would stay here again. Super convenient McDonalds a few feet away.

I have never seen the worst customer service ever, reception is so rude and not available on their desk. I waited 20 min outside to check out at 2am because receptionist was falling sleep, I wouldn’t recommend this place for even $25 a day.

People sitting and eating outside the room on floor 1. Also very strong smoking and weed smell. Loud conversations and movement activity outside the room had us check out of the 2 rooms we had booked - at 12:30 AM IT WAS HOPELESS. I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED AND BE COMPENSATED FIR THE OTHER HOTWL I HAD TO GET AT 1:00 AM IN THE MORNING

Clean, a bit further from SAP Center, but that was my fault. Great value for the money though. The young woman at the desk this morning was excellent as was the gentleman checking in on house keeping. Will definitely consider this place in the future.

Soundproofing and customer service. I accidentally left a piece of clothing in my room after checkout. When I first called, I was told that staff would check and contact me if the item was found. However, when I called again later, another employee told me that non valuable items such as clothing are simply thrown away and that I should give up looking for it. What disappointed me most was not necessarily the missing item itself, but the inconsistent information I received. Different staff members gave completely different answers, and no one could clearly explain the hotel’s lost and found policy or whether any actual search had been conducted. Losing an item can happen anywhere, but guests deserve clear communication and professional customer service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
