It's been a couple of months and the business room computers finally work.

We checked in late one night and early the next morning. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious for our needs. We didn’t use the amenities, but our room was directly across from the exercise room, which looked like it had adequate equipment. The grounds looked nice as we walked through and past the pool on our way to breakfast. The breakfast included potatoes, sausage, eggs, cereal, toast, oatmeal and fruit, coffee and juice.

Good experience at affordable prices!

The reviews that I read before booking gave me the impression that it was going to be a nice hotel. But the property is very old and dated. It was well maintained by the front office and buildings around it, But my room 346 was clean very far in the back. It had a weird odor. The AC was super loud. the little sofa in the room was old and dirty. Breakfast was average we were there at 8:00 am. In the reviews some people wrote excellent. But I was not impressed it was average. The only fruit they had were small apples. The potatoes were cold. Not many bread selections or desserts. The receptionists were very professional.

Great place to stay clean, great service and great breakfast buffet and can order breakfast if you’re like with no extra charge. Walking distance ti el malecón, restaurants, coffee shops.

I recommend this hotel because it offers convenient parking, is clean overall, and has a good breakfast.

This was an unexpectedly well maintained and designed place. We stopped overnight on our drive through Fresno, and were welcomed by Lizmarie, who was extremely welcoming and professional - better than I have experienced in a while. Bravo for having such amazing staff, and thank you.

Stayed here many times. Like it. Will continue to stay here when I'm in town.

Limited hot water for shower. Poor air conditioning

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel staff is very friendly. The manager Stephanie allowed us to park up front with our bikes on our bike rack to prevent theft. The check in clerk Lisa Marie was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. The pool is very clean and complimentary laundry room was exceptional. The rooms were tidy and everything worked as it should. This may seem odd to say, but many places I have stayed have appliances that do not work like they should, or don't work at all. Finally, the breakfast was something to look forward too, as they have a large assortment of items to satisfy most people. I will definitely stay again! Thank you!

All dust on the lamp covers. Shower head is crusty, hard to manipulate.

The day we arrived was 104 degrees outside! The room we got had a bad AC so we called the front desk and they immediately were very kind and switched our rooms to a much colder room. The pool was clean and well taken care of. We will come back.

I liked that it was across the street from a good restaurant (the annex kitchen)and the hotel was very reasonable.
-
The setting was good Nothing
-
rooms are outdated And mattresses are very cheap and old
-
Rooms are VERY difficult to locate because the building names are NOT visible from the road.
-
Great location, quiet, large room. Breakfast was good. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby

The television remote didn’t work nor did the AC. One of the desk staff came to help and said I didn’t have it on turbo the ac and I said okay when she left I’m sitting there in my sweat so I called the desk again and told her the ac still was not working. By the time they changed my room to one that worked it was 10:30 and all this started at 5:00. Then I got attitude from the desk like it was my fault

As opposed to years ago, Fresno finally has a plethora of choices.
