Hyatt House Fresno Campus Pointe

The pillows had an unpleasant odor, one pillow had hair on it, and the top sheet had visible dirt on the right side of the bed. I appreciate that the front desk staff responded promptly and kindly replaced the pillowcases and bed sheets. Unfortunately, the odor was so strong that it lingered on me, and I felt the need to shower when I woke up. I was also surprised that complimentary coffee and tea were not available 24/7, especially since many less expensive hotels offer this amenity. The breakfast was decent, but overall, the stay did not meet the expectations I had for a newer property. While the staff provided excellent customer service, the cleanliness issues significantly impacted my experience.

Room and hotel were both clean. Staff is friendly, and location is perfect for anything Fresno State related.

The sheets on the bed had hair which im not sure how clean they were. Not very appealing.

Our stay at the Hyatt House was very enjoyable! The property and our room was very clean! The staff were nice & professional. We lost one of our keys, and they replaced it without any issues.

A crackhead came running into the lobby at 6am but was immediately chased out by the staff. Everything else was nice, but the AC in the room was really loud.

Extremely friendly staff. Rooms are clean and look like the pictures. New hotel. I went with my family and would def come back.

First time staying with Hyatt they did not disappoint. Very happy with my stay I will be returning soon. Thank you.

Clean room

Both rooms were not made available to me till 5.30pm on the day of check in because "housekeeping was backed up". I had been told that both rooms were going to be on the same floor as requested, but at 5.30pm was given rooms on different floors. Was told the front desk had messed up. Chaotic operations and front desk staff. Very disappointed as the property itself is very nice. Staff has not been trained and the manager was missing.

This was a pretty new hotel, so everything felt fresh, modern, and clean. The location was convenient, with several restaurants nearby. They offered a very basic breakfast, but it was still appreciated and better than having no breakfast at all. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would consider staying here again.

The stay was amazing. And the breakfast was awesome.

Lots of parking space, pet friendly, spacious rooms, nice swimming pool, great breakfast and close to anything like Starbucks and much more. The staff are very kind and courteous. I highly recommend to anyone who plans to travel.
