Sonesta ES Suites Fresno

Thought i was going to get a relaxing weekend but all I got was stress. Their wifi was down . And they were very rude. With the smart ass remarks and answers. Telling me to use my own hot spot ? How do you even know what I have to suggest such a thing ? The garbage disposal didn't work so the rooms smelled so bad. Killed many spiders in the room I left one in the restroom as proof. They say they do housekeeping 7 days. I didn't get no housekeeping service at all. The pots are not none stick I had to go buy one to use all weekend. Wouldn't stay here again.

Was in town for Miss California and stayed here, clean rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff,lots of parking, would definitely stay again.

Check in with a person over a video machine was terrible and unpersonable. What a crappy way to be "welcomed." To make matters worse, my room key stopped working day 2 and I had to interact with the machine again. The Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Blow dryer got so hot it was ready to start an electrical fire and would not shut off. And breakfast was not good. The eggs were a weird texture and cold. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I really don't get not having a front desk check in though. For this reason I don't think I would return.

The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I didn't like was the check-in kiosk. I had some trouble with that during check-in when I should have just been helped at the front desk. Everything else was perfect

It was very quiet but close to everything! It was beautiful & clean! The rooms were great with small kitchenettes & they offered breakfast in the morning! They only have queen beds unless you get two bedrooms!

The staff was very helpful.

The couch was rock hard and a terrible sleeper couch.

Comfortable bed and sofa. Clean renovated rooms. Very pet friendly facility. Nice breakfast included. Friendly helpful staff.
