The lady staff wasn't friendly. No room service.

Booked 2 queen room through Expedia. We intentionally don’t book sofa bed because they are uncomfortable. We were given king and sofa bed. Called front desk and was told they were sold out. Then what is even the purpose of a reservation? Why does it matter if it was through a third party or not? It’s a reservation. Lobby has a very chemical smell. Shower was dirty. King bed, I felt every movement that my partner made. And just like I thought, sofa bed was awful. Room was otherwise clean. Asked for late checkout for the day after and was told they could give us noon. At 11am housekeeping knocks and we said we had late checkout. Then front desk calls and rudely says we don’t offer that, we said we called, then she checks her notes and says oh I see that. Why wouldn’t you check your notes before you try to call someone out? Overall, bad experience, but was convenient to everything we needed to get to.

Easy parking in and out. Good sized room. Nicely appointed. Wish they had hard floors rather than carpets. Found and killed a cockroach. Had to ask for a microwave. Wish I could have opened a window.

Parking was a bit clunky, not a lot of clear signage. Stumbled in the parking structure. Underground spaces are small, recommend finding outside or second level.

Nice to see the property has been renovated.

Room was great. Staff was wonderful. Carmen behind the bar did an excellent job and the food in the restaurant exceeded expectations. The location worked great for us as we attended a high school graduation. The room air conditioning was very loud.

Very nice experience perfect stay k for 2 days just to relax and unwind form the daily hustle of life !! And the jetted tubs in the rooms are amazing !!

Room was clean and parking was easy

No gym or workout room but otherwise a great stay. Room was spacious, clean, location very convenient.

Room was very clean , staff was helpful and friendly and parking very accessible . Loves that there was so many restaurants nearby walking distance .

Long check-in waits on Friday evening. The staff is polite but no efficient. We walked underneath giant Cobb webs to get to our room that cleaning staff ignores. Parking garage building entry door out of order when needed most at night. Then no damn cookies. Get it together Double Tree.
