Our family vacation was a success and our stay at the hotel was amazing clean rooms fresh towels overall 100%.

We had a great trip. The property was clean. The staff was friendly. We loved the family friendly pool. The location was PERFECT. We love Galveston and this will definitely be one of our “check first” places when we stay.

Check in was very quick and employees were extremely friendly. Parking was easy to access and right across from the beach. The room was very quiet and clean. There were 2 breakfast areas and plenty of room for everyone. We were only here one night and then left for a cruise, I will definitely stay here again.

The staff were very helpful, offering free parking and a later check-out since they noticed I was stressed. I will definitely recommend staying here, especially because of its convenient location close to everything in the area.

PROS: STAFF =Amazing & always helpful BREAKFAST= Best Breakfast I have ever had at a Hotel! Those spinach Breakfast sandwiches are so good my daughter’s trying to find out where we can purchase them!! ROOMS= Spacious Enough for my 23 yr old 16 yr old 12 yr old and myself to sleep comfortably! The TV is a great size not too big not too small The refrigerator is a full refrigerator plenty of space to have real food! Theres a sink w/ a disposal a dishwasher Dishes silverware & a toaster! There is a washer and dryer on the property for the guest. We enjoy going downstairs and playing the Foosball! The patio= is very nice you can see the batch from our room it was amazing! CONS= The Parking is too much!! The beds are a bit uncomfortable maybe put a topper on them! The sofa bed was uncomfortable it’s time for an upgrade lol! This morning there was someone mowing and blowing the grass & dirt/sand all over mine & others cars! There needs to be a pool table next to the foosball table. There needs to be a couple more washing machines & dryers. I tried for 4 days to do a load of wash and was never able to do it! The pool is so very small it’s impossible for us to ever swim! But even though there are some negatives we always choose to come back bcz the staff are amazing the breakfast is to die for & I feel safe! That’s more important than anything!!

The cleanliness of both the hotel and our room exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless and very well cared for.

Very very dirty and smelly room. Smells like an old abandoned basement. Stains on the carpet, sticky floor, dirty toilet, comforter Grey yellowish color, looks like 100 years old and never been washed. Some motels better quality, I wish would never pay 170 dollars for this mess and never stay there. If you have options avoid this mess.

Everything was good. Perfect for an overnight stay before you set sail on a cruise ship.

Location was amazing. Room was clean and spacious. Balcony view was everything. Breakfast was really good. Staff was super helpful. I was on the 2nd floor, kids above us were flipping or jumping. I understand cause I have a 6yr old but they were off the chain.

Loved that this place is dog friendly, has a pool and bar and a ton of families. It's right on the strand as well which is great. We walked everywhere and walked pur dog through the neigbhorhood behind it, but there are several doggie stations with grass in the parking lot. The price is very reasonable!

Would of liked an hot tub :( but that just personal preference.
