The room was not ocean view like at the site. Over priced. Housekeeping staff was rude!!!

Definitely on the lower end of the Hilton Brand. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. If you are going on a cruise or spending a majority of time at the beach then this hotel isn't bad at all.

My kids were about to go to sleep and as they pulled out the blanket, they saw a yellow spot and smells like pee..so I went and smelled it and I went to the front desk and told her about it and to tell house keeper to change the sheets. Front desk said they don’t have night house keeper so she gave me new sheets and for me to change them myself…so I pulled the sheets out and started to noticed that it wasn’t going to work because the pee smells was beyond the sheets. I went back to the front desk and told her. She texted her manager and they gave us another room

The room is clean and good. Staffs are helpful and approachable. The hotel is in very nice location and close to everything especially to the beach. However I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room and would have been nice if there was a hot breakfast.

The location That they gave our room to someone else and billed me for the room.

Location They only had one working elevator it took forever to get in the one they had working. The rooms weren't the cleanest found hairs in the bathtub.

The convenience of the location was great and was very clean, my only complain is breakfast- it lacked variety, other than that- it’s great for families.

Close to Cruise terminal No hot food,bagels instead of bread. Coffee was very bland. Breakfast room was very crowded.
