When I complained about the air conditioning in my room, the manager immediately offered to transfer me to another room to ensure my comfort. That level of responsiveness and care truly impressed me. This is my second time staying at this property, and I will gladly return without hesitation. The location is calm, safe, and situated in a decent environment, making it an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort and peace. The staff at this property are simply amazing and provide a much better guest experience than I had at the same brand's property in Gaithersburg.

I booked online and when i called to see when i can check in, they didn’t have any room left and told me after i spent my money on a room

Basic room. No coffee maker or any utensils in the kitchen. Refrigerator although dented badly worked well. Room and bathroom were clean enough. Used my own towel. A/C was relatively quiet. No noisy neighbors. TV guide was not accurate. Very hands off management, no paper receipts of any kind.

The pictures online are nothing like it is in person. This place is dirty, unkept, and unstaffed. They charged me an extra $10 a night to clean and $2 for showering upon arrival but never cleaned the place while we were there. The non smoking room we booked, freaked of smoke. I couldn’t even complain to staff as they had it gated up and locked with padlocks. I complained to our booking site and nothing was done. Do not recommend this place. I took pictures to prove the huge difference from the pictures online to what we actually stayed in.

The room was big, with zero amenities, not even a coffee pot. The AC unit was broken. The reading light over the bed had a was broken bulb which was lying on the floor behind the night stand. I brought the AC unit to the staffs attention and we were told the maintenance man was gone and nothing was done to resolve the issue. If all you are looking for is a cheap bed, this will work, but don't count on everything functioning correctly. I would NEVER consider this place again.

Stayed here overnight for a job I was doing over the weekend. It was comfortable and the room was good and clean. Would stay here again for another quick business trip.

I found another hotel at almost $100 more for the night. I am expecting compensation for this from either the hotel and/or Hotels.com. And no, I do NOT want a credit for this, I want cash.

I wish there was a vending machine and/or ice machine. But room was clean. And it was great to have a bigger fridge with freezer. I recommend.

I wasn't very pleased with this establishment. The place felt dated and not very clean, very few amenities.

Terrible service, extra charges at check-in, facility very poorly maintained.

Front desk was super unhelpful and rude at check in. The smell coming from the front seat was awful. We asked for the microwave to be changed and they said they would come fix it and nobody ever came throughout our stay. We will not be booking here again.

I booked a king size bed, but the front desk person signed me a room. When I got there it was a queen size bed. I went back to the front desk, the staff had left. The third shift staff said there was no more king size bed room available, and didn’t explain the reason. I asked if the manager was available, she said “no”. I was shock that there were no body care for the customer at this hotel. There was no apology or refund. That was terrible!

The room was not clean and bugs were crawling on me all night !!!! I could not sleep and left the property at 6:47am !! This was the worst hotel/ motel I have ever encountered!

Website said check in was until midnight, we arrived around 10:30 PM and there was a sign on the front door that said the building was not staffed after 10PM. Thankfully there was still someone at the front desk to check us in, but if we had been any later we would have been stuck without a hotel for the night. We stayed 4 nights total and every night we came back, our hotel room keys would not work and we would have to ask for new ones. Because of this we had to make sure we were back every night no later than 9:45 or else we wouldn’t be able to get into our room. The room was fairly clean but one stairwell smelled like pee and the trash can in the front of the building was always over flowing. Early one morning around 7AM there was someone running down the hallway banging on everyone’s door. The morning we left staff even banged on our door around 10AM to tell us we had to be out by 11.

Very clean and neat and the staff where extremelyhelpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place to any one

We got to the hotel around 3:30 AM, but because of the reservation problems, we didn’t receive our room until 4:00 AM. After finally getting into the room, we only stayed a few hours to get some sleep before checking out and moving to another hotel as soon as possible. The condition of the room and the overall experience were completely unacceptable. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone!!!

The non-smoking room was previously smoked in, had to change rooms. Second room the floor was so sticky we couldn’t walk without shoes on. Front desk was not overly helpful. We arrived late at night and if we had arrived earlier in the day we would not have stayed. I would not recommend this to anyone.

AC Great, staff great, room clean nice beds. Kitchen and fridge work nice. Tv is too low but works nicely.

It was not a particularly "bad" stay....just the bare minimum. Room, power, shower...thats about it. Never saw a cleaning lady, never got clean towels or sheets. No real "service" in the customer service here, but there IS a bed and roof, with a locking door. So it functionally works as long as the price doesnt mysteriously increase out of the proper range for the level of care provided....
