Friendly front desk. He upgraded one of our rooms which worked out better than what we had planned. Spacious quiet rooms, conveniently located close to the Glenwood Hot Springs resort, gas station, restaurants, etc., reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect with breakfast lunch and dinner close. Within walking distance wherever you wa t to go… pool or dining downtown using the pedestrian walkway. Will stay again when in Glenwood

It was alright. A place to sleep.

Parking was convenient, ice was made available except before 8:00 am, felt secure and safe. Room was clean and maid service was good. A/c was good and tv had good cable selection.

Hotel is very close to downtown, bus stop outside. Clean rooms that are roomy. Best part about this hotel is the owner! A very sweet woman

Decorated nicely + clean. Air conditioner was old + difficult to set. No air dryer.

It’s a cute little place. We really enjoyed staying there. The only thing I would really complain about is probably they need to update mattresses other than that everything was good, very close to restaurants , gas stations and Glenwood hot pools, We would stay here again

Shower in room 10 didn't come on. Otherwise very nice and clean room, spacious.

The room was large, beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Room was dirty, carpets were stained, bathroom had streaks on walls and tub, cracked tiles, beds were hard and uncomfortable, there weren’t any outlets near the beds, and the staff were upset that we showed up at our scheduled check-in time instead of later.

This is a budget motel, so the price is doable for me, but the front desk clerk denied me my room and I was forced to drive fifty miles down the road. No S!

This is a reasonably priced accommodation in a tourist town of Glenwood Springs. Super location as you can walk to downtown , Amtrak station, and the Hot Springs Pool. It’s comfortable and budget friendly—no frills.
