This place was very filthy and unfit to stay in. We cancelled our room there.

The facility was awful. Handicapped room was on 2nd floor but the elevator was broken. We took a king room on 1st floor but had to walk up to 3rd floor to get ice. The stairs going up were filthy had not been vacuumed in weeks. Dried vomit on the carpet. Room itself had tiles missing on the bathroom floor and tub and shower area were dirty and rusty. Swimming pool was closed but full of very green scummy water. Drinking fountain was gross and rusty. We have always liked Comfort Inns but not again after this experience. We stayed two nights and they never brought us clean towels or made the bed. Would have left but nothing else was available as we had booked earlier for our trip.

Parking lot, location, and staff None

This location smelled like a marijuana factory. One room completely had the toilet seat broken and they moved us up a floor. There was not a hairdryer, iron or in room coffee pot and the tv did not work. Luckily we had family near by and just used this place to sleep and shower. The room was dingy and it continued to smell like someone was smoking in the building. It can’t just be from outside smokers.

The staft's family lives in rooms by our room. Kids playing, yelling, even riding bikes in the hall. Adults talking and doors slamming shut to early morning. Our TV didn't work, a sign at the desk said management had to step away. When I did find him he said he'd help with the TV but never showed. Breakfast was not worth eating. Don't waste your money on this place.

The hotel was gross. Shower had dirt all in the bottom of it. The toilet seat wasn't even attached to the toilet, the pool was closed. It smelled absolutely terrible in the building. We checked in about 3pm but ended up leaving at 9pm because we couldn't do it anymore. Very disappointed.

I have always went to this hotel when I visit my grandchildren. I always get room on 3rd floor. Suite with jacuzzi for my back and its 2 rooms and its roomy for all my grands to visit. I arrive and no room on 3rd floor. What the heck. So then he gives me 128. .that is a stock room. I get my room and I almost fell off the toilet. New seat and no one screwed it onto the toilet. I had to go get a screw driver for no one came after asking so I fixed it. ?

The breakfast was decent. The air conditioning worked well. The elevator was quite sketchy. There was no phone in the room. There was no television channels available to watch. There was trash in the hallways. It was supposed to be no smoking, but the hallways reeked of smoke. There was blue painters tape on our room window. The floors were dirty. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and it was closed. The beds were very uncomfortable, very lumpy. I literally didn't get any sleep.

Entering the elevator, we found it to be absolutely filthy. The room itself was reasonably clean, but the bathroom could have been better. Hair from a previous occupant was still in the tub. Hair dryer was missing, but had to get one at the front desk. The next day after return from the days activities, our key card did not work. We had reserved a 4 day stay, but was told we had to reactivate the card each day. An annoyance to say the least. Once in our room, we found that no one had cleaned the room. Trash and wet towels still there. We had to get towels from the front desk, told him we wanted towels and wash rags each day and gave him our room number. This is what happened every day for the rest of our stay. Every morning there was trash and used towels in the hallway waiting for someone to pick up, but was still there when we returned later in the day. Definitely will not stay here again. Breakfast was adequate, but after getting a glimps of the prep area I wonder about food safety.

Hotel was dirty, Weeds everywhere

I needed a quick place to crash for cheeep . This was it . The kid checking me in was very nice . Honestly the entire hotel smelled like weed . As soon as you walk into the lobby to moment I got to my room. As for my room. Lots of pillows l like that . The mattres was hard . Like I feel the springs in my back hard. And the air conditioner was subpar at best pushing out at 60*

Location was favorable. Poor service with an attitude when asking for additional bedding. No bedding was provided for the pull out sofa. Pool access was locked. Employee displayed a small attitude as if we were disturbing him to unlock the pool for us to use. Also, pool had no towels to dry off after using. When we asked the front desk attendant, got attitude about asking for towels. Breakfast had no bagels, ran out of pancake mix, no fresh fruit, no tea bags to have hot tea and ran out of milk. 2nd floor, floor we stayed on always had the odor of Marijuana. Room window shade was broken (unable to roll up) so we could not have any sunshine in the room. Lastly, we were put in a room with NO smoke detector !!!. Smoke detector mounting box and exposed wires were present but NO smoke detector anywhere in the room. This violated Indiana State Fire Code !! When I informed the front desk the attendant kept saying "it broke". He did not understand that the detector was not present. No offer to stay in another room. Again, Indiana State Fire Codes require the smoke detector to be in each room.

Yikes. We stayed here in April 2026 and it was NOT GOOD. I’d read reviews online that made it look okay but it is not. The rooms were dirty and need repair (loose floor tiles, tape on the window), the breakfast was not fresh, and the whole place smelled like weed. Then next door they blasted music early in the morning. I would never stay here with kids.

Constant smell of smoking on our level. Smoke detector above the had been removed. Toilet stool lid was broken.
-
It was clean. The beds are horrible and the ac didn’t work so it was HOT in our room. Lots of noise in the hallways.

Staff was friendly. The elevator was very dirty, which appeared to have built up over time. Two of the three lights in the bathroom were burned out. The only lamp was between the beds, the fan in the heating unit would not turn off, and no phone to call the desk. Discarded cans and food wrappers littered outside. Last but not least- fresh smell of heavy cigarette smoke in the bathroom, with no other rooms available. Would not recommend! Why did we stay? Did not get a refundable room… lesson learned…

clean room, clean pool area, there was a cockroach in the bathtub. I only saw the one so it's not like they were everywhere that would have been worse if I saw more than one.

They need to clean the Floors

Had to wait 20 min at front desk to check in. The hotel seemed to have several folks living there. That were rowdy and made my wife and child feel uncomfortable.
