I was not told up front that there was a $5.00 charge for parking.

Breakfast is still good though!

Clean room, great breakfast & great staff. Consistent every time we stay here, about once every 6 months.

I have stayed at your property several times before and had no problems. This time was different, your juco kept up half the night ,i has to call the fornt desk several times to talk to them ,plus some one on one interaction, very pleasant. Also i left a wedding gift in the room and came back to retrieve it ,to find out someone opened the envelope looking for money ,when they saw a check they left it.Either you have a thief working at you place or the next occupier of the room is a thief .probably juco related.Love the breakfast ,lets try and tighten up the operation,if you want to call ,.my name is Lawrence Marusco.

Nice breakfast. The breakfast staff was quick and nice. The sheets were a little a rough and bed was not very soft. The jets in the hot tub didnt work and apparently havent for a while. The pool was really cold. The acutal property was huge- and very confusing. There are pool tables and an outside pool/hot tube and inside pool/spa. There were some other arcade machines as well. We didnt have a dog, but they seemed very dog friendly.

We rented two rooms. I stayed there with my adult son and his children. My mother and I stayed in a room together. She used a walker and there was plenty of space for her to turn around and there was great access for her to get in and out of the shower and to use the restroom. The hotel looks like it was built in the 80s and either added onto or updated a different points. Some of it seem mismatched, but overall it was very well maintained and the staff could not have been nicer. The staff were very helpful to get my mother into a room about 30 minutes early and my grandchildren had a lovely time in the pool area. For a hotel stay there were many, many options for breakfast and it was kept clean and the food changed out by staff while we were eating there. The management should be proud of all their staff members. All of them were quite helpful and polite.

It worked for us during our stay. TV was not working well. We ended up watching something on our laptop. Location was great for our visit to our grandchildren.

We liked that the hotel had so many fun amenities for families like the two pools, and the pool tables. The breakfast "pergola" area inside was laid out very nicely. Everything was clean and it looked like the hallways had fairly new carpet. The hotel overall needs a little updating in the rooms and hallways. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay...especially for a family.

Older hotel but nice and clean and super comfortable beds. The breakfast was good too. Close to the airport and a great Chinese restaurant within feet of the hotel. The staff was great too.
-
The room was a little run down. Carpets were pretty dirty with age. Linens were nice and clean. Pools were very nice and clean, very well maintained. The gates everywhere made it difficult to navigate.

It was all good

I couldn't get up the stairs so went all the way back to the office with my bags to find out the elevator was on the far end the other way. She could have let me know that seeing my age and luggage. I would have at least appreciated an apology. That's why I didn't give the help a higher score. Everything else was great.

The toilet didn’t work properly, there were only four streams of water that were working in the shower, the beds were hard, the chlorine smell was consuming, the air conditioning unit was loud and didn’t even work properly. We were out of there by 9 . I paid over 200.00 for this king bed room on booking.com. I’m not going to be staying here until they do some upgrades to the hotel and it’s room situations! Definitely got scammed for my money here. Should have just slept in the truck and saved my money. Would have slept the same as we did in the muggy room

Good location. Good pillows, very helpful staff. Lighting in the rooms is terrible, toilets don’t flush without holding the lever for about 15 seconds, body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty. Old towels, and bathroom door is crazy hard to open once it’s closed tight. Okay facility that desperately needs updating—-could be an awesome place. Small tv (not a smart tv).

The included breakfast was very good....nice surprise!

Everything was clean and staff was friendly

Clean close to the freeway

One-night stay on the way to a family gathering. We did not use the amenities, so not useful to us but I'm sure other families would find them helpful. Nice having the continental breakfast. The room was of good size, although outdated. The shower head was a fail ... not enough working holes to make rinsing easy and not able to position it. Otherwise, our stay was exactly what it was intended for - a respite from our long drive and a good night's sleep.
-
Several amenities were out of order and the toilet in our room had a broken seat and flush valve.

Stay anywhere else.
