Spark by Hilton Grapevine DFW North

This is a remodel hotel. It has musty smell. Not horrible smell. Everything has been updated and very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The reason I gave it 4 star is the air conditioner. Set at 67. And it shut off and the fan turn on and off. So, night sleep wasn’t the best until we turned it 63. The room finally cooled off and it wasn’t shutting on and off every 5-10 minutes. Yes I would stay again and recommend It could have been just operator error. It is close enough o the Dallas Ft Wirth airport. Another bonus and they also have a shuttle. I did not try the breakfast because I was not hungry.

What a disaster. I booked two rooms for 4 women. Somehow my husbands name was on one room and mine on another. They would not allow me to access that room because my husband was not present. It took 3 hours and multiple calls to Expedia before the hotel accepted that the two rooms were paid for and I should not have to pay for a third room. And apparently their reason was that we have two different last names. What a way to ruin the end of a nice vacation. So dot your i's and cross your t's if you stay at this property.

Dirty stairwells and pathetically weak shower stream pressure but other than that met expectations

The shuttle from the airport and the stuff at the hotel were excellent always willing to help out.

The hotel was an average condition. My biggest issue was the smell of the room. It had a very powerful odor. Overall, cleanliness was OK. But I don’t think I would stay here again given a choice.

Location to historic downtown is great and even walkable to downtown. Staff was great. Friendly and attentive to needs. Beds and pillows totally comfortable. Room very clean! The main thing I DID NOT LIKE…no trash bags in trash receptacles in room. That’s a no no in my books. You’re eating take out & throwing leftovers in trash w/no trash bags. It can be disgusting.

The bathrooms were dirty, the breakfast was pointless. Overall for a Hilton brand it was very below standards.

Room and property were both clean! We didn’t have any problems at all.

Nice, quiet, convenient location. Comfortable bed. Spare, modern aesthetic- perfect for our needs. 24 hr coffee in lobby was great. Good price. Definitely recommend

Convenient distance from Main Street. Beds were comfortable, smart TVs made entertainment easy, the the rooms were clean. Staff was helpful. No coffee makers in room. It’s just so uncomfortable having to sit and wait for staff to come change an empty pot in your PJs while all the sales dudes are all gathering there. Just let me have my ugly morning coffee in my room in peace. And the road noise through the windows/or air vents made morning sleep a little less sound.

Room and facilities were clean. Breakfast is not a food bar, but cereal and bread product. Out door pool was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a little ruff around the edges and not so clean.
