No breakfast. There was no breakfast. No where to have breakfast. The microwave and mini fridge didn't work. Had to ask staff how to turn on AC. The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelled awful. They came and sprayed the room. There were cigarette burns on the bedspread and on the curtains.

The room smelled like marajuana. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. There was a 3-in gap underneath the front door you could see the light you could see people walking by. Late in the evening while we were sleeping I was awoken to a very very strong smell of chemicals and a loud party going on upstairs.

It was close to my job. Room was not clean well. Bathroom have mode walls in the shower. Sheets waa dirty., door waan't secure enough for protection. Guy knocking on door asking for someone.Look like traffic was going on In the front of the hotel its looks like they had so decent rooms.

The guy at the front desk was really nice. It did take a long time to check in even though there was only one person in front of me. Once I was working with him, check in and check out were fine. our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We left the door open for an hour after we got there and loaded in our stuff but it was still a nasty smell that we couldn't get rid of. I brought sheets and pillows from home, anticipating that there might be low quality stuff in the room. Even then, all of our pillows and sheets came back smelling like smoke.

You get what you pay for, yes. But the US the most ran down lack of any kinda care, concern, ambition I've ever seen. The bed was soft. No bed bugs

There isn't much to like other than the bargain rate that's not the bargain it used to be. Almost all employees here have bad attitudes but hell it appears so does almost every hotel front desk in Greensboro. I was banned so I was having to stay with my friend that checked me in so I would have at least somewhat safe place for the night. Set my alarm and went to sleep. My alarm didn't go off at 10:45 but I woke on my own at 11:15. I'm packing my things as quickly as I can because I know how bullyish this place can be it used to be the housekeeper brute invading my privacy busting up all the way into the room and packing my things in a trash bag whether or not you asked him to. But this time it's one the semi nice guys of the place and he's raising hell about what exactly other than I'm here at all and 2 after 11 anyways I don't know but then says he's calling the police and I haven't disturbed a neighbor or distributed anything nvm that is a constant concern a paying customer is to constantly overlook. But in my morning just woke up voice I said what the hell go ahead and call them they arrived and saw that I left the property. Too bad they weren't there 10 minutes before to hear and more importantly see the way these people can act and I say act because its not right and can't be real or grown to treat ANY customer this way these people get away with over and over. I guess I should consider myself lucky as a dead body was found a couple weeks ago in their parking lot. I can forgive and forget some things but the mistreatment of customers by these crumby places that should have just been condemned the first time they were infested with bed bugs or whatever originally shut them down bulldozed and forgot about altogether.

Nothing It was really bad. I got threats from people. I stayed on the second floor. It was bad. I made a report to the travel Inn company and left an email for them to get in contact with me about my experience there, it was really bad. I experienced some stuff that was really bad

The "non-smoking" room smelled like it was the sole smoking room. Asked for more towels then the like two I was given and acted like I asked them for rubies.
