It seemed like a nice place. I could only give a 4 star rating because the bed was terrible. It was so hard, felt like i was sleeping on the floor!

The staff was beyond great. From the second I checked in, everyone was so warm and genuinely helpful. They remembered my name, went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and even offered some really good local tips. You could tell they actually cared about making your stay nice. The suites are spacious and comfortable, but what really stood out to me was the food and the overall attention to detail. The free breakfast every morning was excellent — fresh, hot, and way better than the usual hotel spread. The evening socials were a nice bonus too. Everything just felt well thought out and taken care of. If you’re heading to Hagerstown for business or pleasure, I’d definitely recommend this place. I’ll be staying here again next time I’m in the area for sure. Huge thank you to the whole team!

Overall, it was a nice stay. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, my kids loved the taco bar. Pool and hot tub was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The only problem we had, the air conditioning system was very noisy and the kids had a rough time getting to sleep as their bed was directly next to it. We'd likely stay there again.

Breakfast was great, lots of options including savory options! Staff was so friendly and helpful, our room was spotless and much more roomy than I had anticipated. We stayed for just one evening on a road trip but I wish we could stay longer! Outdated shower (if I have to nitpick)
