Great stay.

Superb

Very spacious room. Location was excellent.

We arrived late and asked the front desk about food options. Unfortunately, the staff member wasn’t very familiar with what was open nearby and sent us to a place that turned out to be closed. We later found out the hotel offered room service, which was never mentioned to us. Even suggesting DoorDash or Uber Eats would have been helpful. The bathroom also had some maintenance issues. The shower had poor water pressure because water was coming out of both the showerhead and the tub spout at the same time, and the drain was slow. Breakfast was fine, but the selection was fairly limited. Overall, it was a clean hotel and an acceptable stay, but better customer service and a few maintenance fixes would make a big difference.

The room was decent and the staffs during the morning shift were helpful and very caring for my family needs. The breakfast was delicious and we were satisfied before going out in adventure. During the afternoon/evening trip back to the hotel, the staff working there and wasn’t too helpful with my needs as my parents wanted some information. Later on, he decided to make it right but overall, our experience wasn’t really satisfying. Everything else and the staffs in the morning shift was able to help us make our experience better.

One lady at desk was helpful. Said had shuttle to airport but no shuttle 30 bucks for Uber. A/C sounded like a train no sleep. Wouldn't recommend

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean and maintained.

The stay was awesome. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was very good, breakfast was pretty nice too. My all stars goes to Amy 😍 very nice, polite, very helpful, very knowledgeable and very courteous. May God bless her 🙏

There were two minor maintenance issues in my room that I had to fix after I found out they didn't have a maintenance person at the time, and the pull chain that operates the sheer blind was broken, but that did not affect the quality of my stay. Also, the ice machine on the first floor was out of order, but the one on the second floor worked. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean, and I felt safe

Housekeeping was shorthanded. Meaning beds were not made but, towels and toiletries were changed on a daily basis. Yolanda, the breakfast area server is very friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff were very nice, room was also nice and clean, breakfast was very good!

Front desk was amazing only problem we had was one of our rooms the heater was broken but moved us immediately to another room and that heater didn’t work as well other than that stay was wonderful
