Close to old town, excellent location Extra fees. Breakfast for 22.5 Euro per person was extremely bad and ants/ bugs in the fruit tray
-
Location, bathtub, individual duvets.
-
Great location and really nice breakfast -parking was really great -easy to get in and out which is a unicorn in Europe A/C turned off and room was really warm-as this was the most expensive hotel in our month long trip it did not reflect the cost as worthy compared to other places we’ve stayed on this adventure

The staff was exceptional, in particular the man at the reception, who made us feel very welcome! The room was big, the beds very comfortable, and the location is quiet although it's in the central part of the old town. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location!

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff is wonderful.

The rooms were comfortable except for the beams in one of them. There was no hotel restaurant or room service.

Gorgeous hotel, set in an old building yet fully renovated with every possible modern comfort. The sublime ceiling painting above our room, added a touch of character to our stay in beautiful Heidelberg! Breakfast was outstanding! Staff was carefully attentive to our needs. The property is perfect for your stay in Heidelberg, within very short walking distance of everything. Parking is extremely easy, in the hotel’s own parking garage below. Would most definitely stay here again without hesitation! Can’t imagine anything we didn’t like!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Location to downtown Heidelberg--and the Christmas markets--could not be beat! We have no complaints. Just wish the staff had been more flexible in letting us have a late checkout. We even offered to pay an additional fee for a few more hours.

The location was nice. Away from crowds but close to the pedestrian walkway, shops and restaurants. The parking area is private and located at the hotel. Overall the staff was friendly but not always at the reception area. I also paid extra to have a seating area. The pictures of the suite I reserved displayed a sofa in the room. I received a simple plastic chair in the suite. Completely overpriced and false advertising. The rooftop was closed although they advertised it extensively for new years all because of light snow sprinkles. Could have easily been swept away. There was no snow on the rooftop yet they closed it due to the danger of slipping. Then they must close it when it rains too or strong winds. I stayed for three days and although the bar was open only beer and wine would be served since they had no bartender. The bar is advertised to close at 1 A.M. but the lights were shut off on us and others at the bar area at midnight on consecutive nights. The heat in the room was subpar and cold for our extended stay. Only found a small throw to use to keep warm. The bathroom does not have a regular door. It’s a glass door that offers no privacy and kept opening on its own due to it being on an angle that kept it from keeping closed.

I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. The information on the page indicated that my child (6 years old) will have a place to sleep in the price I booked. However, there were no additional beds/sofas for her (option to add a bed was almost 40 Euros). I think this can be explicitly indicated while booking.

We had too short a stay but enjoyed the hotel. Very interesting contemporary design in a classic building. Our loft room was very large, clean and functional. Parking under the building was convenient and accessible.
-
Great location in the old city, very close to the funicular station to the schloss, garage parking guaranteed with a reservation, large modern appointed room, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, clean hotel. Nothing comes to mind.
-
A well done preservation of an old building. Stylish and comfortable rooms. SuperB location. In the parking garage is a bit tricky to park, nevertheless you have one?

Everything was very clean and close to the center of town. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even helped us mail our postcards home even though they didn’t have stamps on site. We paid for the stamps, and they said that they would get them mailed out. Great service! We really enjoyed everything!
