Hotel Sudpfanne

Excellent room, very big perfect for family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. Excellent location close to everything. Heidelburg was fantasic the fortress and Christmas markets top notch. Awesome parking! Not a normal hotel, no complaint though really great place and fantasic value

The rooms are not like the fotos. The bathroom is outside the room, in a hallway that smells like a barn.

Great location. Top floor unit was quirky and the floors were hilariously uneven. Perfect! Smoke smell from the hookah lounge below.

Not much to like. We were put up in an annex of four converted rooms a long walk from the hotel with the nice Pictures Had to walk down crowded streets, hard to find the door leading to our room. No remote for the TV…. Couldn’t get close with the car due to pedestrian only streets……

However, the floor between the rooms is uneven and easy to trip over, and it gets very noisy at night.

I loved the location of this hotel. With the hotel beer garden right next-door and then an excellent restaurant across street it was a great option for our family. It was also an easy walk to all the touristy parts of the city without being right in the chaos. The only thing I didn’t love about this hotel was that we were on the bottom floor so it wasn’t as quiet and also we only had one fan for the three rooms.

Good location Parking is not a hotel facility, it should be stated correctly - paid public parking which btw was fully filled when we tried to park. There were no proper pillows or blankets in the room. Not even a soap. Rooms are not like in the pictures.

Appartment no. 5 is located in the centre of Heidelberg. Public underground parking is about 5 min. from it. It was cosy and spacious enough for two. Appartment no. 5 is located right above very noisy music bar, which is open all night. You can hear everything from there. Room was very cold and heating system was disfunctional. Rooms was not in location declared on Booking map, nor even in hotel description (but you can find right adress in the description of every single room).

Close to town in the old town Needed dish washing utensils & a microwave. Owner was rather rude when we arrived an hour early even though the room was ready. A bit of give n take mate would make folk happier

Before check in time, they don't except the luggages :( The room floor is really really noisy. this's very uncomfortable and nostalgic at the same time :)

Nice location Apparantly there has been a lot of smoking in room 5: room, sheets, curtains were smokey- quite appalling.

Location It was very noisy at night with a disco downstairs. The shower drainage did not work. It smelled like sigarette smoke all over. Very unpleasant experience.

Brilliant location with on site parking. Initial reservations disappeared with use. Really very good facilities.
