Clean rooms friendly staff good breakfast.

Property showing signs of neglect compared to other Comfort Hotels, bathroom poorly lit, carpet looks like a crime scene, no remote for tv and they had to get one from another room that some of the buttons didn’t work. A/c worked but sounded terrible. Ice machine doesn’t work. We paid a premium price and didn’t get our money worth

This place provides a clean, comfortable room, which is my goal when I travel. I don't care about breakfast since they are all bad. Access to the property can be tough because of the traffic, especially if one is pulling a trailer or boat. Not a complaint, just an observation, but my stay was satisfactory.

Dried bloody boogers on the wall by the bed. Ants at the breakfast buffet. Water that came out of the juice machine had floating gunk in it. Hotel is hot in the hallway and dated. Best part was that it was cheap; you get what you (don’t) pay for, I guess. Would not stay again.

First day breakfast was only waffles. no eggs, no sausage to bacon. Disappointing. Second day they did have the eggs and sausage, so maybe they just ran out of stock the first day.

Staff acted annoyed at having to check us in, telling us she just wanted to go home. Hotel is old and in need of an update. Shower curtain was dingy and needed replaced. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. All in all, probably would not stay here again, instead will stay in Evansville.

Parking lot needs to be repaved

No “hot” breakfast as promised (but did provide a to-go breakfast with muffin and fruit) and therefore overpriced.
-
Very few food offerings at breakfast. They had cereal but no milk. No hot entree.
-
Air conditioning was terrible.other than air conditioner, everything else was fine.
-
Good variety of yogurt and fruit. Juices were fine too. Machine Coffee not so good. Scrambled eggs need to impove with cheese and veggies. Bacon preferred over the sausage patties & links, cold.

The bed was like sleeping on springs. The most uncomfortable bed.

Staff was friendly.

Nothing Nothing

Nothing really. When we arrived the first night the entire floor smelled horrible, someone was definitely smoking Marijuana on the floor, it REEKED! I told the gentlemen at the front desk, he looked up and said and I quote “ thanks for bringing that to our attention” I stood there waiting for more and got nothing. The bed was horrible, it was hard as a rock and the room was not very clean, there was dirt in our shower that we cleaned ourselves before we could use it, after nothing happening about the marijuana smell I didn’t even figure I would waste my time. The second day there was a different person at the counter, I informed her about the horrible marijuana smell and she just said, “oh, was that on the 3rd floor? I thought maybe it was coming from the second floor, I couldn’t tell.” So again, no apology, no offer to reimburse us for the inconvenience, nothing.
