Caribbean Resort Suites

It was a little loud by the pool but other wise it was a one night stay and the staff was friendly. The room was clean but the wall are like paper and you can your neighbors.

Absolutely one of the worst places we've stayed over in Hollywood. We had to listen to a massive party each night there. We spoke to management and they didn't do anything. People were blocked in at night in the parking lot for staff vehicles. My kids couldn't even use the pool, that we specifically picked this place to have, due to the one large party constantly in it and took control of it. Management doesn't care about the rules posted by the resort. The group of people partied, smoked weed and drank all around the pool. We were miserable. The room wasn't any better. Floors very warped and run down. Marked and missing boards, felt like you could step through the floor in several spots. We will never go back here again.

Location Room was a little small no where to open suitcase except bed.

Nearness to beach I was told I could check-in as early as 11:00 I told them I would arrive at 1:00 and the room was not ready until 3:00 They had not removed the garbage and I didn’t get ice trays The walls are paper thin I heard the neighbors I didn’t get pool towels

They control the pool hours and have good camera surveillance in case of any issues after hours. Enjoyed our stay.

Close to the beach, close to everything, tiki bar was awesome! “Great fish bowls!” - the husband The only thing that comes to mind is laundry facilities were available but not until after 4pm

The size of the room The smell of mildew was terrible in my room.

Only big problem we had was even though we put the do not disturb sign on doorknob, someone entered our room, put 2 towels on the tv, didn't refresh bathroom, and went through where we put money in envelopes and moved them around.

The location was perfect. Close to the boardwalk and ocean. Was surprised when we had 2 bathrooms in our room. They helped get our room cleaned early and let us check in hours early

Everything is so nice personnel very nice too. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

3rd time staying here, everyone is great!

Our room was spotless. It must have been repainted or renovated recently. There was a Tiki bar in the courtyard but the frozen drinks tasted strange and didn’t seem to have liquor in them. The draft beer was very good though. The steps to access the room are very steep. There is no elevator. I have a handicap and it was extremely difficult to get up the stairs.
