I loved absolutely everything about our stay except for one thing. The sales people at the makeup store. I would not advise you walk through the shopping mall section unless you want to be continuously harassed by the women at the cosmetics store. I did not even enter this store. She literally came out of the store, repeatedly saying ma'am. She chased after me down the hall of the mall area and then without my consent wiped a bunch of under eye cream on my face ruining my makeup. I was on my way to dinner and I was so shocked I could not even speak. Who does that?! It literally ruined not only my makeup but my night. Management needs to have a serious discussion with these people.

This is so awful and all guests should be aware of construction before booking. Also my in room coffee machine did not work. This was not an enjoyable stay. Zero stars. Do not recommend you waste your money.

Great location. Very close (20 mins) to Ft Lauderdale Airport. Beautiful casino and attached shopping mall. I particularly like the outdoor lagoon and walking path.

Our queen bed close to the window was broken, it leans and the remote control for the tv is broken .

Spacious room, lots of dining options at the property.

I stayed two extra nights and they charge me way too much they overcharged

This property was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful , I Would definitely go back.

The rooms were clean and neat. The resort itself was very clean, we loved the pools! We cannot wait to go back again!

Bathroom was dirty, no microwave in room, lighted mirror in bathroom not working, coffee pot not working, housekeeping knocked on door 4 times in one day, did not speak English, two times the next day.

Wonderful stay!

We attended a concert there. Was great to stay at the same location as the concert. Staff very helpful. Buffet was awesome. Would stay there again. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely amazing hotel! So clean and the pool area is comparable to being in a Bahama resort! I can’t wait to go back!
