It was great

The front desk lady was unnecessarily rude and would not let anyone check in before 4 PM. Then, there was a massive line at 4 with everyone checking in at the same time. Also, they didn't put me in the building I booked. Overall, my stay was fine, the location is good, but there were little bugs in my room. :/

Everything was brand new and very modern. Open my door and had a straight clear shot of the Atlantic Ocean. Love this spot!!! Comes with Free Breakfast too!!! Nothing

Everything was perfect.

AC wasn’t the greatest. Room was okay. Didn’t get the hotel that I reserved which was closer to the beach. They ended up switching to a different hotelI was not told the reason why. They have 30 hotels. It’s an older hotel that needs renovations but it was walking distance to the beach so that was great.

Room did feel neglected and the Check in was Extremely slow.

I requested to stay at the check in location at the Hollywood Hotel and stayed in Rm 407. The location was close to most restaurant and the breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely return.

this is one of several hotels ran by the same company, they all have to check in at the same location. I had to wait in an excessively long line x3 to finally get in my room and it wasn't at the hotel I booked. it wasn't waterfront, it wasn't on Broadwalk as advertised and it was in an alley. a converted storage space without signage indicating they're is even a room in the alley. it wasn't the cleanest, there was black hair on the linens and the bathroom was gross. the front desk staff was rude to me and others in front of me. finally the parking is horrible and very limited.

I arrived and was put in a completely different room than I had booked and the staff is very rude. Complimentary breakfast consisted of coffee, cereal, bagels and fruit with no actual breakfast meals offered. The room after examination had lots of cob job work done to it and was not very accommodating to me and the TV has an Amazon firestick with random people signed in. Bathroom also had an odor and was not very clean after initial check in. The hotel does have a store but everything is ridiculously expensive. Do not recommend. Keep looking if you're looking to enjoy your stay at the beach.
