Nothing The room had beg bugs wasn't wheelchair accessible had to modify the room for a comfortable stay no wifi no cable the coffee was an old folgers packet no way to even make the coffee no coffee filter the creamer in the packet was stiff

Nothing! We booked through Booking.com! Get there and they said they didn’t have our accommodations from booking.com! And they were booked so we had to travel 20 minutes away to get a room because it was the weekend of the rodeo!

Property is ok a little outdated make sure you check your room before getting it

It might not look like much on the outside but the staff is amazing. The bed was so comfy. It was clean and the location is perfect! Give it a shot! Everything was great!

The location is great for me. The staff was very friendly. It was an unexpected gem. Clean rooms and quiet. The stairs are so steep. I will stay there again but request a first floor room.

Need deeper clean cuz bug bed, roach lot room and light in bathroom.

Quality, the bathroom door didn't close completely and had a hole in it that looked like someone had punched.

Noise outside

Was looking for something close to the Rodeo and this popped up, called and spoke to the lady at the desk, she was very nice and informative. Overall great place to stay

Very sketchy, looked like a homeless shelter full of thieves and their no pet policy

Close to NRG Stadium. Easy to drive too

The room was cleaner than i expected. I didn’t see a single bug in my room. I was given to option of up or downstairs which was surprising. Usually the hotels give you whatever they feel like giving you. Some of the long term residents were a little nosy but didn’t bother me much.

I liked the fact that my room was clean, tidy, well furnished, and fully functional. While the room decor was dated in some respects, for the price I paid I think I got a very nice quality room. Parking was convenient... I got to park right outside my door. The parking lot was well lit. Wifi was good and free of charge. Coffee maker, fridge, and microwave were included in the room. The motel in general shows a lot of wear and tear. The facility on the outside needs a lot of updating. I wish there had been a chain on the inside of the door, ... which had just a dead bolt.

There was drug bags outside our door and all around the parking lot. There was alot of activity in the parking lot. There was used filthy towels in our shower.

Nothing it was in horrible condition and the building looked completely unfinished, the lobby had a foul odor that was unbearable and no lobby check in person was available. Nothing about the property was comfortable, the rooms are not comfortable or good to stay in the photos on google ate not what the rooms look like in person.

it’s an old apartment complex that just did not look safe. The picture in the profile was not what we pulled up to. Canceled and booked somewhere else.
