Great location if you are going to Space Houston. Staff very friendly. Bed and pillow were firm, shower and toilet worked great. Only things was we did have a few bugs in the room and the small refrigerator took a while to make the bottle water. Other than that, I would definitely come back if I was in the area.

The palace Inn was exceptional just as they stated on the website. It was the reason I chose this hotel over the Embassy suite which is actually my favorite. Now I have two favorites keep up the good work.

Only think I didn’t care for were the styrofoam cups, but that’s because I can’t stand styrofoam.

Stopover on way to Space centre. Great for this.

Was there for 2 nights. Only downfall I have is I told the guy at the front desk I would be back later in the evening, and when I got back my key did not work even though I had a 2 night stay. The guy working the desk in the evening fixed it quickly. Very clean room and it was very quiet and I enjoyed my stay there.

This was a great location from downtown. The price was fair, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Great customer service!

This was an excellent stay. For being just off of the highway and a motel it was very secluded and private. The parking lot was very secure well lit. The rooms are nice sized extremely clean and updated. They actually looked brand new. The bed appeared to be hard, but it was probably one of the best hotel beds we have ever slept in. The pillows were great. The sheets were very nice and we did not get woken up by anybody walking by our room or making noises. It was overall a wonderful day.

The room was spotless . Everything looks brand new. The staff was super courteous and professional! Will be staying there again.

Room was modern, spacious and very clean. Bathroom was huge! Very comfy mattresses.

The breakfast was packed muffins, waffles, cereal, no hot breakfast at all.

Staff was super friendly. The room was clean. I booked this at a last minute it was expecting a hotel and not a motel. However the parking lot was super lit up which made me feel a little bit relaxed.
