Overall it was a good experience. Helpful staff and easy access to the airport was a plus.

Room 101 smelled TERRIBLE (reminiscent of corn chips).

Listen... this is literally the worst hotel I have ever been to in the world... ac didnt work, everything smelled like mildew and mold, the bathtubs were wrecked and didnt drain and so much more.. again worst hotel i have ever stayed in.... but Harris, one of the staff is the ONLY REASON I am not DRAGGGGGING this place. He is the glue holding this establishment together. A gentleman and a scholar. We had some issues with a pushy/creepy taxi driver who chased us into the hotel because we didn't agree with his shady tactics... Harris saw this and jumped into action. He didnt ask if we were guests or what happened, just saw a strange man chasing a woman and her daughter into the hotel and the into the elevator and he stepped in. Put himself in between the crazy driver, my daughter and myself and protected us. Because of this, 3 stars! Wyndham/La Quinta YOU SHOULD BE PRAISING THIS MAN.

It was a great stay but still waiting on my deposit, they say I couldn't use my chime card so I had to use my bank card but they still charged my chime card for a deposit and it's still pending

My check-in experience was extremely frustrating. The receptionist refused to update the reservation name, so I had to contact Hotels.com myself to have the check-in changed to my son’s name. On an already busy weekend, I then had to make other arrangements because your clerk would not allow him to check in without the physical card present. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and stressful. We never even got to stay at the hotel, so I’m not sure why I’m receiving this survey.

Going back the 2nd time, I was again told my reservation did not exist and that I would have to call hotels.com and ask for a refund and to be assigned to another hotel. I spent over an hour talking to hotels.com and they called the front desk while I was there. He told them my reservation was not there, but truth was he did not even check. Hotels.com told him to scan my ID which he did, and BEHOLD, my reservation suddenly popped up. All that hassle for nothing. Property was very dirty. When I turned back the covers on the bed, there was a nice spider waiting for me to join him. There are few things in life that I can say I will never do again, and staying at this property again is definitely one of them.

It being changed over from a LaQuinta. Some thing were being changed or had been removed. The room was great. The hotub was not working and there were some other inoperative minor issues.
-
It was clean but the inside of the tub was peeling, just needs to be refinished. The place where the a/c unit is placed was not really cooling the room but by morning it was cold. Over all, not a bad stay and the price Is always reasonable.
-
I arrived late that evening after having flights delayed and found out that they canceled my reservation. They closed it out and I had to rebook at the property at a higher price.
-
I will definitely stay here again.
