The good: - Location - Great bed - Clean room The bad: - Lamp above bed wouldn’t turn off so we had to call in staff but they couldn’t fix it nor did they the next day - Expensive restaurant for the food quality - Corridors and pool felt a little mid. Could use some renovation. - Mixed staff friendliness

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

The property was beautiful. Aesthetically pleasing. The staff was very nice. And for the most part clean. The front desk phone never gets answered. Room service is basically nonexistent. I called 6 times and no one ever answered. My tv in my room kept shutting off and when I complained the man at the front told me that happens a lot and offered me 13 dollars off of my room service, how ironic.

The hotel was very nice , but they kept taking charges out of my account after the deposit was already paid and couldn’t give me an explanation.

The property is beautiful and well kept. However, don’t let the hotel fool you. There are additional charges that they will charge you on top of what you book through the third-party booking company. The office did not tell me that I was going to get charged an additional $58 as a “ resort fee” for just staying at the hotel while I had already paid all of my room fees in advance. Also take a note that they’re going to take a $200 deposit upfront. It was a little confusing at first when I arrived because I was unaware that the Front Desk is located on the second floor. There are no signs and you just have to figure it out. Also, you will need your key card to use the elevators otherwise you won’t be able to go to your room. The parking is a parking garage and it is $20 a day and/or there is a charge every single time you leave the parking garage and return later (I.e., go out to dinner). It may be better to stay at a hotel on the outskirts if you are looking to save money. However, it is a beautiful view from the window at night. I probably won’t stay here again though.

After waiting ~30 min for a bartender to show up i was informed he was too busy and to ask the front desk. Went to the front desk where he too was busy and said he could not help. The Restaurant was closed, but a nice lady did help me there even though she was obviously on break. Staffing at the hotel is definitely lacking.

Only cons: One morning we decided to eat breakfast at the restaurant inside of the hotel— Hull & Oak. We ordered very basic biscuits & gravy w/ a side of roasted potatoes. It took almost an hour for our food to arrive to our table. The food was just okay. Definitely don’t go if you’re starving, if you want to check it out for yourself. And the other con is we did not have a fridge in our room.. huge bummer for us. We like to keep our drinks cold, leftovers in there, etc. So that was a let down. Anyways, thanks for a great place for us to stay while visiting!

Just wow! The property was beautiful, my room was clean and very luxurious, the tub was a show stopper none the less. I enjoyed my stay and will be back. S/O to the pleasant staff as well I didn’t like that the only place to get ice was the bar and restaurant & no microwave in the room

Very clean, great location It's a very expensive place. One of the things that interested me however, is that there are supposedly two on-site restaurants. That's not actually the case. There's no sit down restaurant, or at least it wasn't open the days I was there. You can only place bar food orders at the bar, and it took over an hour for a quesadilla and soft pretzel. On a Thursday evening. Also, the elevator was broken. Finally, there's this strange set of doors in the room, which, when opened, completely reveal the shower. I mean everything is wide open. So if you had kids there or friends, it could be really awkward. For the money, I've been to much nicer places that really accommodate guests properly.
