We were very unhappy with the room we had. Upon entering, we noticed ants in the sink but didn’t think anything of it. However in the morning there was a handful of them crawling everywhere, especially in our belongings in the bathroom. While staff was kind, nothing was done about it. It wasn’t cleaned and we were given points for the inconvenience.

Hotel was clean and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The stay was OK. I expected more since it had the Marriott name on the hotel. I was given a room on the first floor, right next to the lobby, and sharing a wall with the kitchen. It was terrible, to say the least. Very noisy, lots of clanging around, loud voices from the lobby into the night. The manager was less than accomodating. I was told that there were no other rooms since they were all "preassigned" and when I asked for help with my heating/cooling system (since I couldnt get the fan to stay on to mask the noise) I was told that the fan will no longer run continuously since its a "safety hazard to not keep shutting off and on thru the night", even though our friends on another floor had theirs continuously run in "fan" mode. Also, the hotel smelled of weed on several occasions even though it was a non-smoking room. Breakfast cost extra, and even ice in your drink cost $3 extra at the bar. Prices were very steep,and food looked OK on the menu, but I only saw one time where food was being made for customers. Everyone else stayed away. Not sure if it was the prices or the quality of food. I would not stay here again, and am disappointed by the Marriott name being on this hotel..

Comfy bed! Perfect for sleeping after a long day!

The rooms were clean and the property was well taken care of. The pool was small and packed so we didn’t get in there, but it looked nice. The smell of the pool was very subtle in the main areas which was nice. Staff was great. We had a loud soccer team on our floor, but staff was able to get them to quiet down after hours after some complaints from other guests. I would stay again!

I don’t think the staff at the front desk knew what she was doing. My check in experience was terrible. I’ve never had an issue with checking in. I’ve been traveling for nearly 20 years where the host pays for the room and I just pay the incidentals with my personal card. She made it seem that because we used two different cards it caused an issue. I spent 20 mins or more trying to figure that out and trying to use different cards because the reader wouldn’t accept any of my cards. Insane

Shower was a bit cramped. No prices in the commissary. $6 for a milky way was steep. Otherwise the room and the staff were great.

Easy check in process. Location was quiet and safe. We were next to the elevator but did not hear most of what was going on outside of the room or next door. Pleasant stay with one gripe: the carpet could be cleaned a little better. Thank you!

We did not end up buying the breakfast during our stay! however, we enjoyed our stay. Majority of staff was amazing!
