Staff was great. Courtyard was a great place to hangout

Breakfast was good. Could have offered a little more diversity between days. Rooms were clean and staff was excellent.

Hotel rooms are out dated. No plug ins or ways to charge cell phones or electronics. The pool is only a lap pool at 3.5 foot deep. Same breakfast food every morning for 4 days straight.

Rooms and property were clean and the decor was very appealing. All the staff were courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Price would have been great, but with the toilet and the air not working. Nothing Air did not work. I called front desk and was told maintenance would come, maintenance did not come. The toilet made noises every 5 to 10 min. I was told I'd be given a different room, it never happened

everything was ok, only issue was hallway too cold, cool air coming inside the room from under the door. We have dinner, service was great.

The bar and kitchen were closed for 4 days which did not make very good business sense as it was probably the busiest week of the year. The first night I asked how noisy the highway right outside our window was and the person at the front desk did not know Overall it was a disappointment

Was a nice place to stay, staff was great. Had a little issue with the HVAC system being a bit wonky and nothing much could be done about it. The phone didn't work even tough I turned it "on". I was on the first floor right next to the entrance door which, would slam shut, throughout the night. Wasn't really an option to move.

Breakfast was good, kind of hard to get to but clean room and pleasant staff

At check-in the front desk person was not welcoming and refused to help us with a discrepancy between the reserved price and what reception was going to charge. Fortunately another staff member summoned the Operations Manager on duty. She was very helpful and courteous and was able to address and correct the problem.

Reasonably located near major highway but quiet with large area to walk in around nearby corporate office buildings built around green spaces. Small suite was functional. Breakfast was good and varied…lots of choices and well stocked for both hot and cold foods. Strangely on the weekend they had only plastic utensils and plates/bowls but nice real tableware during the week! I just insisted they get out the good stuff if they wanted my $$$ for 4 nights! Decor in rooms was almost completely absent; bare minimum furniture and not very comfortable. Lighting in rooms was terrible with dark carpets and furniture it was impossible to see well enough to read! Staff had to bring an extra floor lamp - thanks, but 2 more in each room would have been better. Housekeeping staff were nice but stingy on towels and on refilling supplies. Had to go to cart and take bath mats, tissues and TP and towels that they either gave us too few or none of. Food service options for lunch and evening are not worth mentioning! Fortunately there is another hotel nearby.

Staff was incredibly helpful upon arrival, in-house bar/restaurant was nice. Room was spacious nd quiet.

Even though you had today for the breakfast, it was quite good.
