Great location - quick walk to event we were attending. Breakfast was nice, pool was enjoyable for kids. Staff friendly and valet was courteous

Staff was very friendly. Room had extra towels, blankets and dishes/silverware for the kitchenette. Great place to stay for me and my dogs while on business. Lots of great nearby food places as well.

Booked for the wrong day while in the lobby and still was forced to book an additional night without a refund or help from the property to resolve our issue. Overall poor experience and will not be staying at a Hilton hotel again, especially this location.

Rooms were clean and big however, I booked a king room and got a 2queen room- very disappointed to say the least when you pay $300 plus $48 to park you should get what you ordered. Yes we booked through hotels .com but we booked it 5 weeks ahead of the event we came for. Booked on May 11 and stayed June 16. The lady at the desk said that’s all they had. I even showed her my confirmation of the room. We had another room booked for 2queens for others with us and when we checked out they tried to put parking on both rooms when we had one car that they even parked (valet). Thought they could do better in reservations area.

Everything was excellent, except the breakfast was a bit underwhelming. The hotel was in close proximity to Gainebridge where the Fever play.
-
One elevator was out of order and the other one was very slow. Too busy for 1 slow elevator! Showing wear and tear but nice staff and clean rooms so it was okay
-
It was perfect. The only thing wrong is the pool was broken
-
Stay was good, room decent. Parking sucked, no onsite parking unless you valet for $48
-
It was the perfect place to stay for our first Indiana Fever game!!!! Easy to get to, short walk to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Accidentally purchased the wrong date and immediately tried to fix it. The property manager would not return my call or help this scenario despite multiple attempts and immediately reaching out. We did not stay but they were very very unhelpful.

The room was perfect in every way & very well stocked with all amenities. The staff Bernice & Zachary were absolutely fantastic & graciously helpful across the board. The morning breakfast both days varied with eats, tho was so delicious and filling, all things kept fresh & new! I sadly don't drive however the attendant was kind with hellos & goodbyes as I adventured around downtown. I will be back as I truly LOVED my stay 100%. This place gets two thumbs up for this A+++ service to help me enjoy my Birthday. Thank you.

Their continental breakfast was much more than donuts and coffee. The variety was really great 👍. But be prepared for valet parking.

Staff was super helpful and provided me with information about the hotel

The staff was uninviting not friendly…. Just awkwardly there… to be a hotel in the downtown the city. They were not even very knowledgeable or even offering or interested in why we may be in the city to offer a restaurant’s or events … or that we just missed the biggest race in the world!!! It suffice for an overnight stay …I had children ….no suggestions of why you’re in the city to possibly help or make our stay better. It is summer not even a ZOO mentioned.

Breakfast limited and hot items not labelled. Room was clean but pillows were soft. Some front desk staff not the most helpful, answered queries in a lacklustre way and on check out wasn't even asked if all was OK. As this was my 5th hotel stay in 3 weeks of being in different states, the difference in customer service was noticable
