Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport

It's old and a bit run down. Okay for an overnight place to rest. Nothing fancy

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean. We took the shuttle to the airport at 4:15 am. Driver was on time, loaded us up and dropped off exactly where we needed to be. We paid $50 for parking our car while we traveled. We returned at 12 am and were greeted by our driver, who loaded us up and delivered us safely to this property. The staff had our room keys ready and we were off to bed. Nice bed and pillows! Don’t hesitate to stay here!

This is a very outdated property. Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke so they moved us to another room. The room still wasn’t as clean as we hoped for but doable. This is a low priced hotel and that’s what you’re getting. Okay for a one night stay but definitely wouldn’t book for longer.

The staff were very friendly and made check in quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable.

Shuttle driver was friendly and accommodating. Location is going through a revamp.

Good location, right next door to a restaurant and grocery store. Decent price for breakfast included. We didn’t eat there but the coffee was good. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. There was a centipede in my bed. The sheets made me itchy but that may be my allergies. The shower head was spraying out of the side so we had to stick the shower curtain to the side of the tub so it wouldn’t soak the floor.

Not much. Place is disgustingly run down. WORST hotel bed and pillows I’ve ever experienced in 50+ years of commercial travel. Unthinkable. Carpeting is over padded and dirty though I’m sure not because of housekeeping efforts.

It’s an okay place for a low price. Room was clean enough. Breakfast is not great. The location is not the best.

It showed signs of aging but was adequate, clean, and comfortable. It was not far from good places to eat and things we wanted to see.

The property could use some attention. The room wasvery nice, very clean. The airport shuttle stunk heavily of cigarettes.

Very clean, good breakfast, helpful staff

Staff was very friendly however the room smelled like straight mold! It was a non smoking room and still smelled horrible. I usually don't have allergies but I did that night. Also, I couldn't take a shower because there was someones used bar of soap in the corner of the shower. So obviously I wasn't getting in there.

Room was clean and nice, breakfast was really good. One of the light switches didn’t work and the tv didn’t work but beds were comfy and room was clean

This hotel is just OK...nothing outstanding. Room was clean. Breakfast is basic, but the coffee was good. The front entrance needs to be cleaned up; not attractive nor welcoming. And the front doors don't open automatically, so hard to enter carrying luggage.

Staff was good, good location. Rooms are outdated and not very clean.
