There for a baseball tourney. They gave me a handicap room and said that was all they had. Didn’t seem too excited I was there..

The room layout was wonderful, offering a living room/desk/kitchenette separate from beds. The elevators worked well and we're in a very convenient location to breakfast and allowed going to the pool in privacy. There was a patio off of the pool patrons enjoyed. Rooms were quiet, location is off of main road.

Overall, my stay was very good… as advertised. I appreciated the daily breakfast and use of the pool.

Our room was very clean. The parking lot was easy to get from the highway and had many places to park once we arrived. Our welcome by the staff was great and made us feel welcome.

Great beds spacious rooms, excellent breakfast The lobby was fairly warm most of the time, but that could be because of pool area.

Everything was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for extra blankets and towels. The kids loved the pool. The kids loved the waffles and the greek yoghurt for breakfast. It was great to have a dairy free option with coffee/tea. The room had a smell from previous occupants. It was ok, I didn't complain about it, as we had had worse experiences in other hotels. More fresh fruit than just apples and bananas would have been nice for breakfast.

Breakfast was decent. Both of the gentlemen at the desk were great. Location was wonderful. Plenty of pillows. My bed was comfortable. 1. Tub faucet needs to be tightened. 2. Refrigerator didn’t keep my food or insulin cold. Wasted $30+ of sushi. 3. Didn’t get fresh wash cloths or towels. We both discarded but they didn’t replace as expected. Nor did they remove them from the floor. 4. Didn’t empty the trash cans. 5. Water in sink area was not hot. 6. If housekeeping wasn’t going to empty the garbage or replace the wash cloths and towels they should have said something. Fortunately we had our own washcloths and we didn’t need towels. 7. I have no plans to return to that hotel ever. EVER!!!

The guy that worked the front desk while we were there was amazing. Very helpful, funny, and efficient. My daughter enjoyed the breakfast each morning. I recommend staying here.

Good

Stayed here for the Final Four as was much cheaper than staying downtown. About a 30 minute drive, easy since it is right off the freeway. Staff was very good and friendly. Charles even made more coffee for us, even though breakfast was over. Would stay there again.

Breakfast had many options. Eggs tasted a little off but everything else was great. Pretty clean place too!
